摘 要 葛兰西短短46岁的生命之旅，其中长达10余年的牢狱生活，囚禁不住一个永不停息思索的大脑，其思想之深邃、影响之广泛，无不令人啧啧称奇。 文化领导权是葛兰西基于对西欧无产阶级革命经验教训的总结和反思，同时也是对第二国际的一些理论家对马克思经典作家曲解的“经济决定论”的反叛，并结合20世纪初福特制资本主义国家出现的新变化而提出的。葛兰西的文化领导权思想是对以往无产阶级领导权思想的继承和发展，也是其全部思想体系的核心。作为列宁去世后对马克思主义最有独创性的理论家之一，葛兰西对后世的影响是巨大的。阿尔都塞在《保卫马克思》中讲过：“在马克思和列宁之后，有谁真正从事了或继续进行了这一探索呢？据我所知只有葛兰西。……他的《狱中札记》记述了意大利历史和欧洲历史上所有的基本问题，包括经济、社会、政治、文化等各方面的问题。其中也对上层建筑这个今天的根本问题提出了一些极其独到的、甚至天才的观点。此外，还有一些堪称新发现的新概念，例如关于领导权的概念，这是从理论上解决经济和政治相互渗透问题的一个卓越典范。可惜，至少在法国，有谁把葛兰西的理论努力继续进行下去了呢？” 本文以葛兰西文化领导权思想产生的实践基础和思想渊源的考察为背景，以其实施场所、主体担当、实施形式的分析为基础，系统地剖析了文化领导权思想在其思想体系中的地位、作用、特点及对后世的深刻影响，并以文化领导权的实质入手分析了文化领导权与政治合法性、思想政治教育权力的内在联系，提出了文化领导权是思想政治教育的深层基础，结合我国意识形态安全问题分析了其理论的现实启示。 第一章主要论述了文化领导权思想产生的现实背景和理论渊源。一个人思想理路的产生和发展，既是其生活经历和社会地位的反映，又是其个体实践活动的凝练和折射，同时还反映了其对时代主题和前人积累成果的解读和反思。现实背景包括葛兰西的生活阅历、革命政治生涯的磨难，以及他对欧洲社会主义革命道路的探索和对第二国际的经济决定论的批判、反思。理论渊源则包括意大利的本土资源和直接理论来源（马克思的市民社会理论和实践唯物主义，尤其是列宁的政治领导权思想）。第二章阐述了文化领导权思想的主要内容。通过对福特制资本主义社会的国家和市民社会的关系再思考，阐述了葛兰西政治国家的内涵，揭示了文化领导权获取和建构的是要靠“教育和塑造”的作用，需要被统治阶级的某种自愿赞同，通过将其一方的利益接纳到自身来维系的。市民社会是文化领导权争夺的重要实施场所。通过对颇具独创性的知识分子学说的考察，分析葛兰西传统知识分子和有机知识分子的区别和联系，阐述了有机知识分子与无产阶级政党的有机联系及其在革命中的重要作用。有机知识分子是文化领导权争夺的主体担当。通过对最富原创性的整体性革命战略的考察，分析了葛兰西关于东、西方无产阶级革命战略和策略的区别，揭示了西方革命论域中阵地战的重要性。阵地战、运动战的灵活运用是文化领导权争夺的重要实施形式。第三章主要阐释了文化领导权思想在其思想体系中的重要地位、作用，主要特征及其对后世的影响。首先，通过对葛兰西的实践哲学、政治哲学、文化领导权思想的内容和关系的分析，提出了在总体上把握、认识文化领导权思想的必要性和重要性。总体性既是马克思主义全部理论的重要特征和真谛之所在，也是我们领会和把握文化领导权思想的基础和前提。其次，从侧重从矛盾统一性视角考察问题、革命战略和策略相结合、实现非强制性统治等五个方面，概括了文化领导权思想的主要特征。最后，主要分析了文化领导权思想对英国伯明翰学派、法兰克福学派（马尔库塞、哈贝马斯）、阿尔都塞、新葛兰西主义主要影响。第四章主要论述了文化领导权思想是理解思想政治教育权力问题的基石。首先，分析了文化领导权的实质，指出了“文化”和“领导权”是在发生学意义上的有机结合，这就赋予文化以特有的对社会现象的解释权力。葛兰西文化领导权的所有问题都是围绕合法性问题而展开和建构的。以此为基础，提出了文化领导权是政治领导权获得和巩固的先决条件。其次，以政治合法性问题的探究为基础，进一步剖析了其与思想政治教育权力的关系。最后，在分析思想政治教育权力及其属性的基础上，提出了文化领导权是理解思想政治教育权力问题的深层基础。第五章阐释了文化领导权思想对当前我国意识形态安全及其建构的启示意义。以当前我国意识形态安全分析为基础，提出了构建意识形态安全防线的对策建议；并从建立健全利益协调机制、健全社会保障机制、加强民情民意的调查研究化解社会矛盾和冲突、加强对权力的监督、坚决惩治腐败的发生等方面，分析了整合、协调影响我国意识形态安全的因素，不断夯实社会主义核心价值体系的社会认同基础。文章的结束语部分，对本论文进行了回顾和总结，并对未来的研究进行了展望。

Abstract Gramsci,during his short life of 46 years old, had spent more than 10 years in prison, which could not imprison his ceaseless thinking. The depth of his thought and the extensive influence are all amazing. Cultural hegemony had been put forward by gramsci, which was based on the summary and reflection of experience and lessons of the proletarian revolution in the Western Europe, as well as the revolt against some theorists of second international about Marxist classical writers’ misinterpretation "economic determinism", and combined with new changes of faradism capitalist countries in the early 20th century. Gramsci's cultural leadership, which had inherited and developed the thought of leadership of the proletariat, is the core of all his ideology. , As one of the most original theorists of Marxism after the death of Lenin, gramsci's influence on later generations is huge. Althusser said in "For Marx": "after the Marx and Lenin, who is really engaged in or continue the exploration? As far as I know , only gramsci do.... he described all the basic problems of Italian history and European history in" Prison Notebooks ", which covers various aspects of the problem such as economic, social, political, cultural, and so on. He also put forward some very unique, or even talented ideas on the superstructure ,which is Still today's fundamental problem. In addition, there are some new concepts, which can be called new discovery, e.g., the concept of cultural hegemony is an "outstanding example" to solve the problem of mutual penetration between Economics and Politics theoretically. Unfortunately, at least in France, who goes on with gramsci's endeavor on theory ?" This article , which is set in the investigation of the practice of the birth of gramsci's cultural leadership thought and the thinking source , and set the analysis of the applied place ,the main body, implementation of the form as the foundation, systematically analyzes the status, role, features and profound influence on later generations of the cultural leadership thought in the ideological system. And beginning with the essence of the cultural leadership, it analyses the inner link between the cultural leadership and political legitimacy, it considers the cultural leadership as the deep foundation of ideological and political education, combining with China's cultural security issues ,it analyses its theoretical reality enlightenment. The first part mainly discusses the realistic background and theoretical origin of the cultural leadership thought. The emergence and development of a person's thoughts, is not only a reflection of it's life experiences and social status, and compacting and refraction of its individual practice, it also reflects the era theme and its interpretation and reflection of the predecessors' results. Realistic background including gramsci's life experience, the hardships of revolutionary political career, and his exploration of European socialist revolution road , and the criticism and reflection on the second international economic determinism. The theory origins include in the Italian native resources and direct theoretical source (Marx's civil society theory and practical materialism, especially Lenin's political leadership, thought). The second part expounds the main contents of cultural leadership thoughts. Rethinking the relationship between the state and civil society of the fordism capitalist society, this paper expounds the connotation of gramsci regime, reveals the cultural leadership acquisition and construction is to rely on the role of "education and shape", and need the ruled class is voluntary to agree with the ruling class, need the vital interest to accepts itself to sustain. Civil society is an important place of cultural leadership to implement. By the investigation to the intellectual of an original theory, analyzing the difference and the connection between gramsci traditional intellectuals and the organic intellectuals, this paper expounds the organic connection between the organic intellectuals and the proletarian party and its important role in the revolution. Organic intellectuals are the main part to contend for the cultural leadership. By the investigation to the most original integrity revolution strategy, and the difference of strategy and tactics between the western proletarian revolution and the eastern proletarian revolution, this paper reveals the importance of positional warfare in western revolution domain. The flexible use of positional warfare and mobile warfare are an important implement for cultural leadership to contend for. The fourth part mainly discusses the cultural leadership thought is the foundation to understand the ideological and political education power. First of all, the paper analyzes the essence of the cultural leadership, points out the "culture" and "leadership" is the combination in genetic sense, which the culture is endowed with unique explanation power to the society. All problems of Gramsci's cultural leadership are developed and constructed around the legitimacy. On this basis, the paper puts forward the cultural leadership is a precondition to obtain and consolidate political leadership,. Secondly, on the basis of inquiry of political legitimacy problem, the paper further analyzes the relationship between cultural leadership and the ideological and political education power. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the ideological and political education power and its properties, the paper puts forward the cultural leadership is the deep foundation to understand ideological and political education power. The fifth part explains the enlightenment of cultural leadership thoughts to current China's cultural security and the construction.
