基于GPRS的生产实时数据在线监测系统不管在学术领域还是应用领域都非常具有研究价值。研究GPRS技术在工业生产中的应用,满足人们对工业生产实时数据的传输要求具有十分重要的意义。研究生产实时数据的获取方式的基础上,实现称重控制器数字化通信。研究GPRS技术的基础上,实现生产数据的GPRS传输。实现基于GPRS的生产数据报表管理系统。主要的工作包括:
分析现有的实时生产数据获取方式,在此基础上,提出了数字化通信方案获取实时生产数据。研发称重控制器数字通信卡,为称重控制器扩展主从式数字通信接口,使得称重控制器支持数字化通信;研发称重控制器串行总线通信网关,作为称重控制器主从式通信的主站,完成称重控制器的主从式管理及其在串行总线上的扩展;研发称重控制器Profibus总线通信网关,作为称重控制器支持Profibus总线的主从式通信主站,完成称重控制器到Profibus总线的接入。
分析GPRS传输数据的实现方案,研究GPRS传输数据的接入方式,给出了GPRS动态IP+DNS解析方式的通信方案实现生产数据的无线传输。研究配煤监控中心数据处理方式,开发ARM+GPRS模块的配煤监控中心GPRS终端,完成监控配煤生产数据的GPRS传输;研究快速装车站数据处理方式,开发ARM+GPRS模块的快速装车站GPRS终端,完成实际配煤生产数据的GPRS传输;在此基础上,实现GPRS数据中心,完成生产数据的集中管理。
分析客户需求,在GPRS数据中心基础上,给出了GPRS生产数据报表管理系统实现方案,完成配煤生产数据的管理。用户通过网络使用浏览器即可访问GPRS数据中心,获得配煤生产数据,进行相关分析处理。给出了系统的运行状况,提出了进一步完善的建议,并分析了本文在工业领域推广的前景。

Production data in real time online monitoring system based on GPRS has high value regardless of academic fields or applications. The study of GPRS technology in industrial production and meeting the transmission requirements of real-time data on industrial production has a very important significance. Based on the study of the production of real-time data access, the weighing controller digitized communication has been achieved. On the basis of GPRS technology, GPRS transmission of production data has been came true. The production data report management system based on GPRS has been accomplished. The main work includes:
The existing real-time production data acquisitions are analyzed, a digital communications solution for real-time production data is proposed. The weighing controller digital communication card is generated for weighing controller extension master-slave digital communication interface, which supports digital communications. The weighing controller serial bus communication gateway is developed, which is as the master of weighing controller master-slave communication. It completes weighing controller master-slave serial bus expansion. The weighing controller of Profibus communication gateway is developed as main the master of weighing controller which supports Profibus from the communication, which completes the access of weighing controller to Profibus.
The transmission project of GPRS data is analyzed, and the access of GPRS data transmission is studied. The GPRS dynamic IP + DNS resolution mode of communication is proposed to achieve production data wireless transmission. The blending monitoring center data processing is studied, the ARM + GPRS module blending monitoring center GPRS terminal is developed, which completes monitoring blending GPRS data transmission. The rapid loading station data processing is studied, and the rapid loading station GPRS terminal of ARM + GPRS module is developed, which completes actual blending GPRS data transmission. On this basis, the GPRS data centre is realized, which completes the centralized management of the production data.
Customer requirements are analyzed, the production data report management system based on GPRS data center is provided, which completes the blending production data management. Through the network and browser, users have access to GPRS data center and the blending production data, the correlation analysis can be processed. Finally, the system running status is given. Further suggestions and the prospects for promotion in the industrial field are put forward.
