煤炭生产企业历来重视库存系统的管理，库存是整个供应链的重要环节，它关系到物资采购和生产消耗的平衡，对煤炭企业成本的节约，乃至企业的可持续发展具有非常重要的影响。随着信息化水平的提升，SD公司在推进物资管理精细化的过程中，注意把库存管理纳入整个供应链管理，构建具有自身特色的基于ERP系统的库存管理体系，有利于推动企业实现规模经济，同时培育自身的核心竞争力。 本文选择SD公司这样一家大型国有煤炭生产和销售企业为研究对象，通过分析煤炭企业物资库存的特点和供应链环境下库存管理的新趋势，提出了论文研究的现实背景和实践价值；对供应链集成理论和供应链环境下的库存模式进行了理论分析，为全文的研究提供了理论指导；对SD公司库存管理组织结构和业务流程进行了分析，指出了库存管理存在的问题；针对库存管理缺乏合理的分类、信息化水平不高、仓储网络不合理等问题，提出了改进的目标，从物资价值的角度进行了物资的分类，提出了不同类型物资的库存管理思路；对A类物资提出了VMI管理的思路和流程；对B、C类物资提出了优化仓库选址的对策，建立了选址模型，分析了建立两级仓储和转运系统的具体方法；最后，从组织、技术和人员等三个方面提出了库存管理优化的保障措施，并对预期取得的效果进行了预测。 本文的研究对于SD公司的库存管理具有一定的指导作用，同时对于其他资源型企业的库存管理也具有一定的参考作用。

The coal production enterprises have always attached great importance to the inventory system. Inventory system is an important part of the supply logistics .It is related to the balance of material procurement and production consumption. And it also has importance influence to reduce cost and maintain sustainable development for coal production enterprises. With the development of informatization level, SD company paid attention to involve the inventory management into the supply chain management and build inventory management system based on its own characteristics and ERP system during promoting the fine material management process. It is helpful to achieve economies of scale and cultivate their own core competitiveness This paper chooses SD company which is a large scale and state-owned coal enterprises as the research object. It puts forward the research background and practical value by analysis on characteristics of materials inventory of coal enterprises and the new trend of inventory management on supply chain environment. This paper theoretically analyzed the supply chain integration theory and supply chain inventory model, and provides theoretical guidance for the research. Then the author analyzed the organization structure and business process of the inventory management of SD company. It pointed out the problems of inventory management. Based on the problems of unclear positioning, rudimentary information level and unreasonable storage network, the paper proposed the improvement goal, and made goods classification from the angle of material value. It put forward the inventory management idea for different types of materials. For materials of A class, this paper proposed the VMI management ideas and processes. For materials of B and C class, it put forward some countermeasures to optimize warehouse location and established the location model. Also it analyzes the method of establishing two level storage and transport system Finally, the paper gave the safeguard measures to optimize inventory management from the three aspects of organization, technology and personnel, and predicted the expected results of the study. This study has a guiding role for the inventory management of SD company, but also has a certain reference value on inventory management for other resource-based enterprises.
