我国煤矿由于技术条件限制,加之地质地层复杂、生产力水平不高、作业环境较恶
劣等,重大灾害事故时有发生。作为处理煤矿灾变事故的重要组织矿山救护队能否发挥
积极有效的作用直接取决于平时的训练效果。因此,研究一套矿山应急救援综合模拟训
练系统,对促进抢险救灾领域的科技进步有重要的意义。
通过分析国内外矿山应急救援演习训练巷道及其系统的现状,指明目前演习训练巷
道及其组成的应急救援综合模拟训练系统存在的问题,建立了矿山应急救援训练与演习
体系及设计原则,在兖州矿业集团公司建立了一套能够充分模拟井下环境的演习训练巷
道,并在此基础上研究开发一套模拟明火、高温、浓烟、有毒气体的灾害环境系统,实
现视频监控、语音通讯以及人员定位等功能。根据模拟系统建立救灾训练体系和方案,
通过多次救灾模拟演习对各单项系统性能及参数进行检验及评估。该训练系统在兖州矿
业集团公司矿山救护大队进行应用,改变了传统的单一的训练模式,提高了救护队员的
训练兴趣,提高了演习训练水平和效果。
