The safety situation of coal mines in China has always been a focus of attention. Although the number of coal mine accidents has decreased in recent years, the national coal mine safety situation is still severe and remains in a difficult stage. A statistical analysis of coal mine accidents in recent years has found that more than 85% of coal mine accidents are directly or indirectly related to human unsafe behavior or mistakes. Human factors have become the key cause of coal mine safety accidents.
This article comprehensively applies theories and methods such as accident causation theory, grounded theory, and AHP-Entropy Weight Method to conduct an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the factors influencing miners' unsafe behaviors. Based on the evaluation results, corresponding management strategies are formulated to reduce safety accidents in coal mines caused by unsafe behaviors. The specific research contents are as follows:
Firstly, based on the accident cause theory and the research on unsafe behavior by multiple scholars, this article defines and classifies the unsafe behavior of miners. Then, based on the actual working conditions of Weiqiang Mine, this article uses grounded theory to analyze the influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior from four aspects of human-machine-environment-management, constructs an evaluation index system for influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators.Secondly, this article combines the evaluation index and weight analysis method of miners' unsafe behavior to conduct an example analysis. By collecting questionnaire data and using the AHP-entropy weight analysis method to calculate the weight of each influencing factor, the ABC primary and secondary factor classification method is used to identify the key influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior as safety attitude (0.1487), safety cognitive ability (0.1033), lighting (0.9400), safety training and education (0.9330), safety management system (0.7950), safety cultural level (0.7080), and individual protective equipment (0.6720).Finally, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the key influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior in Weiqiang Mine.
In summary, this study analyzes the influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior, constructs an evaluation model for influencing factors, identifies key influencing factors, and proposes pre-control management measures based on this to provide theoretical basis and guidance for coal mine unsafe behavior management. The research results have important practical significance for improving coal mine safety levels and reducing accidents.
