随着目前无线技术的发展与成熟,3G/4G网络的推广,为企业级无线应用提供了足够的带宽平台,加之各大通信运营商收费越来越低廉,各行业对无线应用的需求日益迫切。为了更好的将企业信息化软件应用好,发挥信息效率,减少信息的空间壁垒,最大程度上进行信息化软件数据的共享和交互,以此为目的陕煤集团神木张家峁矿业有限公司(以下简称公司)决定建设矿井移动办公信息平台,为煤矿生产、安全与管理提供便捷应用手段。本课题针对围绕该目标展开研究、设计、集成与实现。
针对公司信息化建设的实际应用情况,首先对矿井移动办公信息平台开发的基础理论支撑和系统开发采用的关键技术(包括android、Web server和RESTful)进行了深入的探讨与研究;然后通过多种协调方式确定了公司移动平台的功能模块、性能需求、系统开发以及系统运行所需的环境状态的详细需求,以集成设计的思想转化为本平台的详细设计方案;进而对MOA服务器端、MIA中间件、移动端OA模块、安全监测监控模块、生产销售系统模块进行了开发与实施,实现了公司移动办公信息平台与原有业务系统的无缝集成。
移动办公信息平台已经按照预定计划成功上线,在系统试运行阶段,通过严密的项目实施计划和严格的测试,对项目的运行状态和应用效果进行了科学的监测和评价,结果表明系统运行稳定、效果良好,课题研究与实现的内容彻底改变了公司以往的工作模式,增强了企业信息利用率与数据共享率,极大的提高了公司的信息化应用水平,不但形成企业的新型竞争能力,具有很好的应用效果和推广价值。

With the development of wireless technology, the promotion of 3G and 4G Networks, provide sufficient bandwidth for enterprise wireless application. Coupled with the lower and lower pay in major telecommunications operators, every industry is increasingly urgent demand for wireless applications. In order to use the enterprise information application software effectively, reduce the barriers of space information, share and interact the information data in greatest degree, Shenmu Coal Zhang Jia Mao Mining Company Limited (Ltd.) decided to build the mobile information platform, in order to provide a convenient means for the coal mine production and application and management. For this purpose, I have research, design, integrate and implement in this paper.
Aimed at the practical application for the enterprise information construction, firstly studied the key technology (including Android, Web server and RESTful) in the basic theory and the development system of the platform; and then through a variety methods to determine the demand for function, performance system development and environment in company's mobile platform. Integrated this idea into the detailed design scheme of the platform. Then, developed and implemented the MOA server, MIA middleware, mobile OA module, safety monitoring and control module, production and sales system modules, to achieve a seamless integration between existing business systems and mobile office information platform.
Mobile office platform has been successfully in accordance with the schedule. In the run stage, through the strict testing and strict implementation planning of the project, gived scientific monitoring and evaluation in the running state and application effect of this project, the results show that the system runs stably and has good effect. The research and implementation of content changed the company's previous work mode, and enhanced the enterprise information sharing and utilization rate of data, which greatly improved the company's level of information technology application. Not only formed a new competitive ability of enterprise, but also has good application effect and popularization value.
