随着电力系统能源需求、网架复杂度增加和不可再生能源日益减少,亟需智能电网技术推进电力工业可持续发展。本文通过地理信息系统与智能电网的结合进行一体化探讨,将其作为电力信息化建设的一种高新技术管理方式,建立快速、灵活、准确、详尽的电网资源数据管理和显示,并辅助电力业务人员进行高级决策的系统,最终实现准确、迅速、合理的调动现有资源完成电力设备管理及运行维护工作的目标。 论文利用数据管理、图示展示、空间分析理论,结合智能电网先进技术,通过对ArcGIS软件的应用,在深入收集电力业务需求了基础上,借助面向服务的架构(SOA),采用组件化设计,建立智能电网地理信息平台(IntelliGRID Geographical Information Platform,简称IGIP),将地理信息系统应用于智能电网业务管理应用的基础空间数据服务支持平台。智能电网地理信息平台在管理范围上集成传统、非传统能源管理,涉及发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、分布式能源、特高压、微网及低压应用,该平台是通过计算机硬件、智能设备、软件和网络技术,实现对智能电网全网电网资源数据、空间数据的输入、存贮、查询、检索、处理、分析、显示和更新。 论文围绕基于GIS的智能电网一体化这一课题进行探讨,基于一体化研究需求,实现平台整体设计、技术路线、电力设备管理、平台服务发布、高级分析及辅助决策、智能电网应用整体探讨研究,并对空间信息服务、特高压管理进行功能设计,通过发挥GIS平台优势,发布平台信息服务,为智能电网各类业务应用提供支持。智能电网地理信息平台作为一种基础信息平台,将在电网规划、建设、管理及资源与环境保护中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 论文在其它单一GIS业务系统功能不断增强的情况下,创新性基于面向服务的架构,将GIS系统优势集中化,突出发挥GIS平台特点,为智能电网应用专项提供空间信息、空间分析服务。

With the energy demand of the power system grid complexity increase, diminishing non-renewable energy and the urgent need for smart grid technologies to promote sustainable development of the electric power industry. This paper explore the integration of geographic information systems with a combination of smart grid, as the power of information technology management of the construction of a high-tech way to establish a fast, flexible, accurate, detailed grid resource data management and display, and auxiliary power business to senior decision-making system, and ultimately accurate, rapid and reasonable redeployment of existing resources to complete the management and operation of electrical equipment maintenance goals. Paper icon to display the data management, spatial analysis theory, combined with the advanced technology of the smart grid, through the application of the ArcGIS software, on the basis of in-depth collection of electricity business demand, with a service-oriented architecture (SOA), the use of component-baseddesign, build smart grid geographic information platform (IntelliGRID Geographical Information Platform, referred to as IGIP), geographic information system for the smart grid business management application on the basis of spatial data service support platform. Smart grid geographic information platform on the scope of management integration of traditional and non-traditional energy management, involving the generation, transmission, substation, power distribution, power, distributed energy, ultra high voltage, the micro-network, low-voltage applications, the platform is a computer hardware smart devices, software and network technologies, smart grid grid resources data and spatial data input, storage, query, retrieval, processing, analysis, display, update. Around paper-based GIS in smart grid integration of this topic to discuss, research needs based on an integrated platform overall design, technology roadmap, power equipment, management, platform services, publishing, advanced analysis and decision support, the overall smart grid applications of research,and spatial information services, the UHV management features designed to support all kinds of business applications for the smart grid play to the advantages of GIS platform publishing platform. The smart grid geographic information platform as a basic information platform, network planning, construction, management and resources and the environment play an increasingly important role. Papers in the case of other single GIS business systems is growing, innovative service-oriented architecture, GIS system benefits centralization, highlighting the play characteristics of GIS platform for smart grid applications special spatial information, spatial analysis services.
