随着石油行业的不断发展,长庆油田已经步入了大油田管理、大规模建设时期。基于提升服务水平和创新管理的需求,设计和建设生产服务管理标准化、业务流程化、工作规范化的长庆油田通信处综合信息服务系统平台,为长庆油田高水平高质量的建成“西部大庆”和深入推进“攀峰工程”提供有力的技术服务支撑。 本文运用软件工程思想对通信处综合信息服务系统进行了系统功能性和非功能性需求分析;系统采用B/S体系架构模式;其功能包含系统管理、人力资源、物资设备、车辆管理、工程项目、生产经营和党群工作等主要功能模块及子模块;系统的开发、部署和应用基于Microsoft开发工具和Windows环境。开发过程采用快速原型法,基于团队开发模式和模块化、模板化的开发方式,程序设计坚持标准、规范和高效原则。论文中重点论述了系统开发过程中的核心内容和关键技术,主要包括系统架构技术、数据库技术、软件开发技术、系统部署技术及软件测试技术。 系统测试及试运行表明,在功能和性能方面均符合设计要求。实现了企业内部信息资源的唯一与共享,业务流程统一与规范,办公节约与高效,工作量化、绩效考核、决策数据客观与真实。系统运行稳定,使用效果良好,满足了用户需求。同时,提出了将该通信处综合信息服务系统实现移动化办公的规划设想。

With the oil industry development, Changqing Oilfield has entered the big oil field management, large-scale construction period. Based on the demand to improve service levels and innovation management,design and production services standardization management, business process, work standard construction of the Changqing Oil Field Communication Department Information Service System,provide technical service and powerful in Changqing Oilfield is a high level, high quality completion of the "Daqing of the west" and further promote the "peak project" support. In this paper, using the software engineering thought and analyzed the system functional and non-functional requirements of the the Changqing Oil Field Communication Department Information Service System;Its features include the main function modules and sub-modules of system management, human resources, equipment management, vehicle management, project management, production and operation,the party management etc.;The development, deployment and application system based on Microsoft development tools and Windows environment.Development process using rapid prototyping, team-based development model and the development of modular, template.Program designed to adhere to standards, standardized and efficient principles. The paper focuses on the core of the system development process and key technologies. Including system architecture technology, database technology, software development technology, system deployment technology and software testing technology. The Changqing Oil Field Communication Department Information Service System testing and trial operation indicate that both in function and performance meet the design requirements.Realize the information resource within enterprises unique, sharing, a unified business process, specification, saving, efficient work office, quantization, performance assessment, decision objective, real data.System is running stable, with favorable results, and meet the needs of users.
