摩擦焊是高速加工的一种,作为一项很有前途的技术为世人瞩目,摩擦焊接加工技术的发展伴随着加工制造业的进步,使得产品产量越来越高、损耗越来越低。摩擦焊机主轴的发展和成熟是达成高速加工的关键。如何使能量的传递更有效率,加工更稳定,对实现高速加工至关重要。 主轴的结构设计、静动态特性在很大程度上决定了高速机床的加工质量和工作能力。主轴结构的优化和静动态的研究,对于进一步提高高速机床的工作性能有至关重要的意义。 本文采用有限元方法,基于ABAQUS软件,对焊机主轴进行建模仿真,综合考虑各种工况因素影响,分析主轴的静动态特性;并利用LABVIEW软件对主轴的静动态特性进行研究。具体研究内容如下: 1. 分析焊机主轴的结构特点,以及其对静动态特性的影响。确定焊机主轴的主要参数。 2. 对焊机主轴进行三维建模,利用ABAQUS软件进行计算分析,得到主轴的模态响应特性,研究主轴的固有频率、振型,分析其对主轴的影响,提取设定点的位移偏移量。 3. 对主轴进行动态分析,得到设定点的位移偏移量,与模态时的同一指定点的位移偏移量进行整合比对。 4. 建立焊机主轴的动态测试系统,采用LABVIEW软件和位移传感器对主轴的动态响应特性进行实验研究。

Friction welding is a kind of high speed machining, as a promising technology for attention, friction welding processing technology development along with the progress of processing and manufacturing, makes the product yield is higher and higher, loss is more and more low. The development of the high-speed spindle and maturity is the key to achieve high speed machining. How to make power transmission more efficient, more stable processing, and to realize high speed machining is very important. Structural design, static and dynamic characteristics of spindle to a large extent determines the high speed machine tool machining quality and working ability, also influences the machining accuracy. Optimization of the spindle structure and static and dynamic study, to further improve the working performance of high speed machine tool has a vital significance. By finite element method, based on software ABAQUS, butt welding machine spindle modeling simulation, considering factors under various working conditions, analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of spindle; and by using the LABVIEW software static and dynamic characteristics of spindle. Specific research contents are as follows: 1. Analysis of the welding machine spindle structure characteristics, and its static and dynamic characteristics of the influence. Determine the main parameters of welding machine spindle. 2. Welding machine spindle for more precise three dimensional finite element modeling, using ABAQUS calculation and analysis, get the spindle modal harmonious response; the spindle of the inherent frequency, vibration mode, analyze its influence on the spindle, extraction set point displacement offset. 3. Dynamic analysis was carried out on the main shaft, set point displacement offset, and the modal displacement offset the same specified points during consolidation. 4. Welding machine spindle dynamic testing system, using LABVIEW software and displacement sensor on the dynamic response of the main characteristics of experimental research.
