摘 要 周恩来是我国伟大的无产阶级革命家、政治家和马克思主义理论家。他在新民主主义革命和社会主义建设中，将马克思主义理论与中国具体实践相结合，对我国的政治、经济、文化、社会等各个方面都进行了探索与研究，逐渐形成了周恩来的思想，丰富了马克思主义和毛泽东思想的理论宝库，成为中国近现代史和中国共产党党史等学科研究的重要组成部分，而且推进了马克思主义中国化的历史进程，对马克思主义在中国的发展作出了重大的贡献。 本课题主要从周恩来的思想发展历程入手，通过对周恩来的思想萌芽、形成与成熟三个阶段的探索，着重研究了他五个方面的思想贡献。在统一战线方面，通过对不同时期中国革命和建设经验的研究总结，在科学分析和正确把握国内外形势的基础上，提出了一系列有关统一战线思想，为中国革命和建设作出了杰出的贡献。在军事方面，他阐述了武装斗争的任务、力量和道路等问题，强调要创建军队和依靠工农发展武装斗争，以及实行军队和国防的现代化建设等内容。在党建方面，他积极贯彻党的路线和民主集中制，提出理论联系实际，密切联系群众，全心全意为人民服务的公仆思想，反腐倡廉等思想和许多真知灼见的理论观点。在经济方面，强调发展生产力，搞好经济建设是一切工作的重心，要以农业为基础，工业为领导，科技是关键，实现四个现代化等思想。在外交方面，他将理论与实践相结合，制定了许多具有中国特色的新型外交政策，主要包括独立自主的立场、“和平共处”五项基本原则和对外经济援助八项原则等。 周恩来在长期的革命和建设实践中，探索总结出了许多关于革命与建设的思想，它不但有着完整科学的体系、深刻丰富的内容，而且还具有明显的民族性、人民性、科学性和辩证性等特点。周恩来的思想，不但隶属于毛泽东思想，在实践中对毛泽东思想进行了完善与发展，并且为中国特色社会主义理论体系奠定了思想基础，同时为深化马克思主义中国化作出了重要的理论贡献。

In the military, heexplained the problem of armed struggle task, strength and roads, stressed the need to create army and rely on theworkers and peasants to develop the armed struggle, andthe military and national defense modernization etc.. In the party, he actively implement the party's line and democratic centralism, puts forward the theory with practice, in close contact with the masses, put one's heart and soul intoserving the people's public servant thought, theories of the anti-corruption thoughts and many high perspicacity. In economic terms, emphasizing the development ofproductivity, improve economic construction is the center of all the work, to take agriculture as the base, industry as theleading, technology is the key to the realization of the four modernization thought, etc.. In foreign affairs, he combines the theory with practice, made a lot of new foreign policyhas China characteristics, mainly including stand on one's own standpoint, "peaceful coexistence" five basic principlesand eight principles of foreign economic assistance. Zhou Enlai in the long-term practice of revolution and construction, explore and summarize a lot of thought, it not only has a complete and scientific system, profound andrich content, but also has the obvious characteristics of theculture, people, scientific and dialectical.
