实践性是现代教育的重要特征，是现代经济和科技发展对教育的客观要求。实践教育是人类实践特性在教育上的反映，是高校全面培养人才过程中贯穿始终的、不可缺少的组成部分。实践教育从根本上打破了学习的被动性和教学的狭隘性，真正体现了对学生主体的尊重，真正贯穿了自由平等的人文精神，成为提高人才培养质量的最佳途径。 本文从我国高等教育所处时代背景和具体条件出发，结合教育理念和教育发展规律的要求，对高校实践教育发展与创新进行了初步研究。所取得的主要成果如下： 1、本文从实践的概念出发，界定了实践教育的概念、内涵，对实践教育的原则要求进行了确认，并通过文献研究，对我国教育史上有典型意义的实践教育思想进行了梳理，对国外高校实践教育思想的应用进行了比较研究，为实践教育创新研究提供了理论和实际依据。 2、本文以当前信息时代社会变革加速、人才竞争激烈、对高校人才培养提出新任务为背景，初步系统性地论述了实践教育创新体系，探寻新的时代条件下的现代高校人才培养的重要途径。

Practice is an significant characteristic of modern education as well as requirement of the development of modern economy and technology. Practice education, which is an inseparable part through the process of talent development in college, is the reflection of human practice features. And it also embodies respect to students and true humanism spirit of freedom and equality because it breaks the limitation of passive learning as well as limited teaching. Therefore it is becoming the best way of promoting the talent quality. From the background and specific conditions of Chinese present higher education, this paper, combining the education concept with the requirement of the rule in education development, makes a research on the development and creativity in the college practice education. The main results as following: 1.The paper defines the concept and content of practice education according to the concept of practice, and confirms its principles. In addition, via studying the relevant documents and comparing with the application of the foreign college education ideas, some classical practice education ideas in Chinese education history are combed to offer theoretical and practical evidences for the creation research in practice education. 2.With the speeding social evolution, tense talent competition and new requirement for the talent development in college , the paper systematically states the creation system of practice education for colleges to explore an important way of developing modern talents in a new age.
