近年来,随着计算机技术、网络通信技术的飞速发展,视频监控系统在军事、工业、交通和安防等领域发挥了特别重要的作用,为我国的居民生产提供了非常重要的支撑。我国的视频监控行业起步的比较晚,但发展的特别迅速。然而,我国的视频监控系统主要还是通过PC来监控查看视频,它虽然成熟稳定,但无法实现远程监控,这给监控管理带来了很大的不便。随着我国3G/4G网络的大规模商用,大数据传送、云存储等技术已得到广泛应用,“移动”监控设备替代传统的PC作为监控终端的时代已经来临,视频监控行业将朝着智能化、实时化和移动化等方向发展,使人们可以随时随地进行监控,而不受地域的限制。
本文结合当前视频监控的发展现状和研究热点,利用嵌入式技术、网络通信技术和图像压缩处理等技术,提出了一种网络视频监控系统解决方案。该系统以嵌入式Linux操作系统和ARM微处理器作为软硬件开发平台,采用经典的B/S架构,把监控设备接入Internet以太网,通过Linux内核提供的V4L接口进行图像采集,将采集到的视频图像经M-JPEG压缩算法处理后利用Web服务器传回给客户端显示,授权用户可通过手机或者PC在任何时间和任何地方查看多路监控点信息,还可以对摄像头进行图像采集控制,保存相关的视频图像于本地系统中,以备查看。
系统测试表明,本监控系统能验证用户登录信息,可以看到较清晰的实时视频,图像无失真、无延迟、无卡顿,支持手机和PC等多台设备同时访问监控页面,还能保存JPEG图像和AVI视频文件到后台系统。系统具有扩展性高、成本低和维护方便等特点,实现了基于Internet网络的远程视频监控系统的需求。

In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and network communication technology, video monitoring system has played an extremely important role in military, security, industrial, traffic and other fields, it provides a very important support for our country's residents production. The video surveillance industry in China started very late, but particularly rapid development. However, our country’s video monitoring system is mainly through the PC monitor to view video. Although the system is mature and stable, it is unable to realize mobile monitor, it brings a lot of inconvenience to the monitoring management. Along with large-scale commercial utilization of 3G/4G networks in China, Large data transmission and cloud storage technology has been widely used, the era that Mobile" monitoring equipment replace the traditional PC as a monitoring terminal has come, video surveillance industry will be more Intelligent, real-time, mobiling, so that people can view the video monitor system in anywhere or anytime, without geographical restrictions.
This paper combines with the current development status and research hotspot, proposing a network video surveillance system solutions which based on embedded Linux operation system and ARM microprocessor as development platform, using the classic B/S architecture, taking the monitoring equipment connected to the Internet Ethernet, Using V4L interface provided by Linux kernel to capture image, and takes Web server back to the client display after processing image through M-JPEG video compression algorithm, authorized users can multiply view the monitoring points information through mobile phone or PC in anywhere or anytime. It also can control camera and save the related video image in the local system, so that view the video in the future.
The system test shows, the monitor system can validate the user login information, and can see a clear real-time video which is no distortion, no delay and no caton. Supporting for multiple devices like mobile phones and PC visit monitor page at the same time, also can save JPEG images and AVI video files to the back-end system. The system has some characteristics, such as high scalability, low cost and easy maintenance, realize the requirements that remote video monitoring system based on Internet.
