洗煤厂产出的大量废弃煤泥长期无法销售、堆积在地面,占用大量的土地资源、影响矿井周围环境卫生,针对此,本文提出将煤泥配制成浆液灌注到井下采空区的思路。煤泥自身含有大量水分,在地面晾置过程中,经风化作用多为块状结构,为了防止煤泥浆在管道输送过程中发生堵管,可向煤泥中添加悬浮剂,提升煤泥浆的流动效果。煤泥成分中固定碳含量较高,为了防止煤泥灌注采空区后析水,出现自然发火现象,可向煤泥浆中添加胶凝剂,使煤泥胶凝,提高煤泥浆的稳定性能,防止自燃。 采用实验研究的方法,对不同水灰比的煤泥浆添加悬浮剂之后,通过悬浮性、流动性、流变性等特性参数的测定,得出在保证浆液具有较好的悬浮性、流动性和粘度的条件下,不同水灰比的煤泥浆悬浮剂最佳添加量应当为:水灰比1:0.4的煤泥浆悬浮剂添加量为0.05%,水灰比1:0.6和1:0.8的煤泥浆悬浮剂添加量为0.01%,水灰比超过1:1之后,可不添加悬浮剂。不同水灰比的煤泥浆添加胶凝剂之后,通过胶凝时间、强度、热稳定性、保水率的测定,得出:水灰比1:0.8到1:1.6的煤泥浆胶凝所需的最低胶凝剂添加量均为0.05%,并且胶凝剂的添加量越多,胶凝速度越快、强度越大、热稳定性越好、保水率越高。 参照现有矿井注浆工艺,设计了煤泥灌浆工艺,采用地面和井下协调配合的方式,通过灌浆管道输送到井下灌浆地点。灌注工艺包含原材料储存与供给单元、制浆单元、浆液运送单元、悬浮剂供给单元、胶凝剂供给单元等几部分。选取水帘洞煤矿废旧巷道北十二巷进行工业实验,实验结果表明:煤泥灌浆防灭火技术适用于井下采空区的灌浆作业,可进行广泛推广。

A large number of slime produced by the coal preparation plant could not be sold for a long time.It accumulated on the ground, took up a lot of land resources and it could cause environmental pollution near the factory.Aiming at this,the paper make a suggestion of formulating the slime into slurry,and use it filling the mined-out area of the mine.The slime itself contains a lot of moisture,it mostly been block structure because of the weathering dry for a long time on the ground.In order to prevent pipe blockage during the pipeline transportation process of the slime slurry,a certain ratio suspension concentrate could be added to the slurry,it could enhance the flow effects of the slurry.The slime component contents a relatively high proportion of fixed carbon,in order to prevent the dehydration phenomenon after the slime filling into the mined-out area,a suitable proportion of gelling agent could be added to the slurry,It could make the slime gel and improve its stability. Added suspension concentrate to different water-cement ratio of slime slurry,then using experimental methods to research the change.By measuring the characteristic parameters of suspension,mobility and viscosity,we known that in order to ensure the slurry had a good suspension,mobility and viscosity, the best amount of suspension concentrate for different water-cement ratio of slime slurry should be that:The 1:0.4 water-cement ratio slurry was 0.05%,the 1:0.6 and 1:0.8 water-cement ratio slurry was 0.01%,and when the water-cement ratio exceeded 1:1,the amount of suspension concentrate should be 0.00%.Then added gelling agent to different water-cement ratio slurry,by measuring the parameters of gel time, strength, thermal stability and water-retention rate,we known that the lowest amount of gelling agent to 1:0.8~1:1.6 water-cement ratio slurry was 0.05%,and the more of the gelling agent,the better of the gel time, strength, thermal stability and water-retention rate. Referring to the existed grouting technique,the paper designed the grouting technique for the slime slurry.It used the way of surface and down hole coordination,through pipelines transported the slime slurry into the mined-out area.The grouting technique involved the parts of materials supply unit,slurry making unit,slurry transporting unit,suspension concentrate adding unit and the gelling agent adding unit.Selected the Wasted North 12th Tunnel of Shui-Liandong Mine to take industrial experiment,the results showed that the fire prevention and extinguishing technology of slime filling was suitable for the underground grouting filling jobs, and it could be widely used.
