崔家沟煤矿矿井开采的深度达已经达到300到400m,矿井周围的地质条件复杂,相关巷道的围岩很松软,矿井压力显现十分剧烈,矿井巷道严重变形。只考虑底鼓,巷道挖掘成功20天左右,底鼓达到高度至300mm。强烈的矿压表像引起巷道的断面面积逐渐缩小,从而对当地的运输、通风以及行人方面等产生重大的影响,成为影响矿井的安全生产的一个最主要因素。为此,随着矿井的开采深度逐渐加深,对矿井巷道的围岩控制、巷道的支撑保护系统的完善以及巷道稳定性的维护等相关研究已经刻不容缓。 调研发现,矿井东区2209综放工作面回风顺槽现采用矩形的断面,并用锚网的方式进行支护。借助于巷道变形的沉降监测、实验室岩石力学的参数检测、岩石化学元素分析及数值的模拟等方法,研究了巷道支护的相关形式。同时,得到了锚与棚联合支撑保护的新方案,即以锚网与梯形的微拱可缩性支架相结合的支撑保护。 实验研究显示,利用新的联合支护方案对2209综放工作面回风顺槽的支护问题有良好的效果。该课题是关于对复合层状顶板软岩回采巷道支撑保护的问题,阶段性科学研究的成果还可以适用于相似条件下对矿井回采巷道的支护手段的选取问题。

Cuijiagou Coal Mine is located in Northwest of Tongchuan City, 38Km, Shaanxi Province, Now the mining depth is 300 ~ 400m, with complex geological conditions, soft tunnel surrounding rock, severe mining pressure, and serious deformation of the roadway. To the bottom of the drum, the tunnel was excavated about 20 days, with a height of 300mm. The severe mining pressure appears to cause the tunnel section to shrink, which seriously affects the transport, ventilation and pedestrians. It is a serious hazard in the safety production of the mine.Thus,with the increase of mining depth,the researches on the control of surrounding rock, the supplement and adjustment of the support system and the dynamic stability of the tunnel are becoming more urgent and important. Research found that the East Mine 2209 fully mechanized caving face return roadway using rectangular section, anchor net support. By roadway deformation monitoring, laboratory testing of rock mechanics parameters, rock composition analysis and numerical simulation methods and means ,they have made profound studies on the existing roadway support in the form. And put forward the combined supporting scheme of the anchor roof, that is, the trapezoidal micro arch retractable support and anchor mesh combined support.The research shows that the combined supporting scheme can solve the 2209 fully mechanized caving face groove supporting problem. The subject belongs to the composite layered roof soft rock roadway support in question, the initial results of this study have a helpful effect on the similar conditions of roadway support programs. The research shows that this kind of combined supporting scheme can solve the 2209 fully mechanized caving face groove supporting problem. This subject belongs to the support of the composite layer roof soft rock mining roadway, the research results of this study have a reference to the selection of the support scheme of the mining gateway under similar conditions.
