在煤矿安全监控系统中,作为检测的传感器直接关系到煤矿安全监控系统的可靠性和灵敏度,对监测监控起着决定作用。为保证矿用气体传感器测量的准确性,必须对传感器按一定的要求进行定期检定。利用矿用气体传感器检定系统检定矿用气体传感器,能够全面评定矿用气体传感器的计量性能,使煤矿安全监控系统有效地发挥监测监控的作用。在此背景下开发了矿用气体传感器检定系统,该系统由矿用气体传感器检定装置和上位PC机组成。
本课题在研究矿用气体传感器检定原理的基础上,设计矿用气体传感器检定装置的气体回路、基于单片机AT89S52的控制电路、与上位PC机的通信电路和频率测量电路。其中频率测量是整个检定系统的核心,为此重点研究广泛应用于中间频段测量的等精度频率测量方法,设计并开发等精度测频的硬件电路及其软件实现,从而使检定系统在其整个测频范围内实现了等精度测频。为将测量的频率数据远传以及上位PC机对检定装置的控制,采用RS-485通信协议,开发了上位PC机和检定装置的串口通信软件。通过串口通信软件将所检定的结果显示到上位机界面,并运用PC机强大的数据处理能力分析保存数据,便于工作人员更直观地了解检定状态,实施相应处理与控制。
目前,所研制的矿用气体传感器检定系统已经过实验室调试和现场试运行,结果表明其操作简单、稳定性好、易维护。该系统数据处理能力强、检定精度高、抗干扰能力强,为矿用气体传感器的自动检定提供了一种切实可行的方案。

The sensor is directly related to the reliability and sensitivity of Coal Mine Safety Monitoring and Control System , and play a important role in monitoring and controlling.In order to guarantee the veracity of measuring,the sensor must be verified periodically according to the verification regulation.This verification device can comprehensively assess the metering performance of sensor,which can effectively play the role of monitoring and controlling for Coal Mine Safety Monitoring and Control System. Under the circumstances, Automatic Verification Device for Coal Mine Gas Sensor are discussed in the paper.
The verification principle of coal mine gas sensor is introduced in this paper , and designed the gas loop、the control circuit based on the Single Chip Microcomputer AT89S52 and frequency measurement circuit, when device worked at the manual status. In addition,the serial communication circuit which worked at the automation status is also introduced. Frequency measurement is the core of verification device, so it is focussed research on equal accuracy frequency measurement which widely applied to middle band measurement. In order to realize long-distance data transmission,serial communication software adopted RS-485 protocol. Serial communication software bears great significance in terms of single-chip Microcomputer ,not only did the Single-Chip Microcomputer transmit data to PC port, Single-Chip Microcomputer also was controled by PC. It analyze and save the data by making use of the powerful data processing capability of PC,and it can display the verification result in PC’s screen through the Serial communication software,so the worker can know the status of verification and finish appropriate treatment and control.
By tesing at laboratary and running at workshop,the system has strong points of easy operation good stability and easy maintenance.The system has strong ability of data processing and anti-interference,as well as high verifing precision.This verification device for coal mine gas sensor provides a practical program for automatical verification.
