矿用自卸车是煤矿正常生产中的重要运输设备,其工作的可靠性决定着煤矿生产的效率。液压系统是矿用自卸车上的重要组成部分,其控制着车辆的转向、举升以及制动等功能,其性能优劣直接影响着矿用自卸车使用性能和安全性。因此,对于矿用自卸车液压系统的设计与性能分析一直是研究重点。

本文以 WCJ10E 型矿用自卸车作为研究对象,设计其液压系统方案并对其性能进行研究分析。通过对部分矿井需求以及车辆的使用条件等进行调研分析,提出了与该矿用自卸车相匹配的液压系统方案,并详细阐述了该系统的工作原理;计算了液压系统中主要元件的相关参数并依据结果对元件进行选型;利用 AMESim 平台搭建了液压系统中优先阀、转向器、充液阀以及液压缸等重要元件的 HCD 仿真模型以及 WCJ10E 型矿用自卸车液压系统的仿真模型;分别在线性负载转向工况、阶跃负载转向工况、满载举升工况、空载举升工况、缓踩制动工况以及点踩制动工况下对其液压系统模型进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明,本文所提出 WCJ10E 型矿用自卸车液压系统满足设计要求,总体性能良好,方案合理可行。 对 WCJ10E 型矿用自卸车液压系统的仿真研究,在后续对其改进优化过程中,为研究人员提供了理论依据,并对扩展矿用车辆各种规格及功能以满足煤矿需求有着现实意义。 |

The Mining dump truck is an important transport equipment to maintain the normal production of coal mine, and its working reliability decides the efficiency of coal mine production. Hydraulic system is an important part of mining dump truck. Because it controls the vehicle steering, lifting, brake and other functions, so its performance directly affects the mining dump truck using performance and security. Therefore, hydraulic system design and performance analysis of mining dump truck has been the research focus.

The paper takes WCJ10E mining dump truck as the research object to design the hydraulic system and study its performance. Through the use of some mine needs and vehicle research conditions, this paper put forward a applicable to 10t mine dump truck hydraulic system, and expounded the working principle of the system in detail. The related parameter calculation and selection of hydraulic system were complated; Then the simulation models of priority valve, steering, charging valve and hydraulic cylinder, and other important components in hydraulic system are established based on AMESim software, and the simulation model of hydraulic system of the WCJ10E mining dump truck is established based on this; Respectively in the working condition of linear load and step load condition, working condition of full load lifting and light lifting conditions turn, slow tread braking mode, and points on braking condition of the hydraulic system has carried on the simulation, and the simulation results show that the presented hydraulic system of WCJ10E mining dump truck meets the design requirements, and the overall performance is good, and the scheme is feasible. The Research work of WCJ10E mining dump truck hydraulic system provides the theoretical basis for the study of optimization to improve its structure and function , and has the realistic significance to realize meeting the various specifications and functional requirements of mining vehicles for coal mine . |
