雷达显示控制终端，是雷达系统的重要组成部分，它不但可以给操作人员传递准确的信息，而且还能被用来控制雷达收发机。雷达可以获得本船位置、目标相对于本船的位置、方位及速度，即使在非常极端的天气情况下，也能实现以上功能。所以雷达显示控制终端对于操作人员来讲是非常重要的一部分。 本文分析了雷达显示控制终端的研究动态和发展趋势，研究雷达系统的组成和基本原理。利用OpenGL和C++ 技术的特点和优势，在雷达显示控制终端功能需求分析的基础上，采用Visual Studio 2008开发平台对雷达显示控制终端软件进行了设计，最终完成了对雷达显示控制终端总体框架的搭建，设计并实现了雷达显示控制终端系统。 本文所设计的雷达显示控制终端系统，实现了菜单模块功能、串口通信功能、本船信息显示功能、游标信息显示功能、刻度盘以及固标圈显示与调节功能、偏心功能、放大功能和视频传输等功能。将雷达天线和雷达收发机组装到一起并与显示分机进行连接，可以成功的获得雷达视频数据，并且可以在雷达视频显示区清楚的看到目标。最后对设计的雷达终端软件界面进行了测试分析，测试结果表明：该系统运行正常，且具有良好的交互性、稳定性和实时性。

The display of Radar control terminal is an important part of radar system, it can not only convey accurate information to the operating personnel but also be used to control the radar Transceiver. Radar can locate their position, but also can display the target location relative to the ship's position, direction and speed. These functions can also be realized even in the terrible weather. So the display of radar control terminal is very important for the operator. The development trend of radar terminal is analyzed and the composition and basic principle of radar system are studied. With the research and analysis of the characteristics of OpenGL and C++ technology, radar terminal software is designed in Visual Studio 2008 development platform on base of analysis of the radar terminal function demand. The radar display and control terminal frame is builded and the design and Realization of the control terminal system radar display is completed. The radar display control terminal system designed in this article had achieved menu module functions, serial communications functions, the ship information display, cursor information display, dials and solid standard ring display and adjustment function, eccentric function, zoom function and video transmission and so on.The radar video data could be achieved successfully and the target on the radar video display area could be seen clearly with the combination of radar antenna ,radar transceiver and the display extension. Finally, the design of the radar terminal software interface was tested, the test results showed that: the system could operate normally with good interaction, stability and real-time.
