变电站自动化系统得到了广泛应用。但由于各个变电站之间缺乏统一的通信标准,设备之间的互操作性、互换性比较差,造成了变电站运行维护的困难。
IEC 61850是关于变电站自动化系统通信体系结构的一个国际标准,其目标在于形成一个标准的开放式变电站自动化通信体系(SAS)使得来自不同制造商的IED之间实现良好的互操作性,并适应通信技术的快速发展,做为通信标准。标准仅给出实现的框架,对标准和其实现进行研究,具有重要理论意义和实用价值。实现协议中规定的特殊通信服务接口 (ACSI)到制造报文规范(MMS)的映射是实现IEC 61850的关键。
本文首先介绍了研究的背景和国内外研究的现状。接着讨论了MMS,其中包括MMS与IEC 61850相关的对象和服务。其次,分析了IEC 61850通信体系,总结了IEC 61850的主要特点;对信息模型、ACSI和配置文件SCL研究。然后,深入研究了ACSI和MMS的映射关系。在此基础上,提出了基于IEC 61850的MMS通信的服务器的设计方案及服务器的流程和SCL文件的配置;并在第三方SISCO软件包的基础上编制了MMS实验程序,搭建了实验平台,验证了此通信系统应用变电站自动化系统的可行性。

Substation automation system has been widely used. But, because of the lack of unity communications standards between the substations, interoperability between devices, interchangeability relatively poor, which result in a substation operation and maintenance difficulties.
IEC 61850 is on the substation automation system communications architecture of an international standard, its aim is to create a standard open communication substation automation system (SAS) from different manufacturers to make the IED between good interoperability, and to adapt to The rapid development of communication technology as a communication standard. Standards are realized only in the framework of standards and achieve their study has important theoretical and practical value. Implementation of the agreement provided for in the special communications services interface (ACSI) to create standardized messages (MMS) is mapping the key to achieving IEC 61850.
In this paper, the research on the background and the current situation at home and abroad. Then, discussed the manufacturing message specification (MMS), including MMS, and IEC 61850-related objects and services. Secondly, the communication system of IEC 61850, sum up the main characteristics of the IEC61850; on the information model, and configuration files SCL and ACSI study. Then, in-depth study of the ACSI and MMS mapping relations. On this basis, the proposed based on IEC 61850 of MMS communication server design and server processes and the allocation of SCL document, and in the third SISCO package prepared on the basis of MMS experimental procedure, the experimental platform structures verified Application Communication System substation automation feasibility.
