摘 要 全球经济一体化的大环境下，企业竞争日益全球化。Z集团面临的竞争越来越激烈，对信息化管理的要求越来越高。因Z集团信息系统建设时间先后不一，信息规划时只注重短期效应，没有从全局考虑，使得信息在系统之间不能顺畅流动，信息无法共享，导致“信息孤岛”问题的发生。如何解决“信息孤岛”问题，实现信息资源利用最大化，已成为Z集团面临的巨大难题。Z集团是传统的能源行业，经过多年的快速发展，已成为国内最大的跨区域能源服务企业之一，到2022年需实现营收和市值两个双千亿的战略目标。在经济形势严峻、行业发展压力增大的大环境下，现有的信息化管理系统面临着巨大的挑战，信息化系统整合工作迫在眉睫。Z集团适时组建系统整合部门，启动信息系统规划项目，从集团角度统一规划设计信息系统整合方案。 本文以Z集团信息系统整合方案设计为研究对象，从信息孤岛给Z集团带来的危害入手，讲述Z集团进行信息系统整合的必要性及可能性。同时作者通过信息系统整合这个项目，带领部门成员全面梳理Z集团现有信息系统，了解现有信息系统功能问题情况，汇报集团领导并确认系统整合实施方案。通过集团领导的大力支持，对比市面上流行的系统整合软件产品，综合考虑软件供应商的规模、口碑、技术实力、服务意识等，以及结合考虑项目成本，采用招投标方式购入Oracle公司的成熟产品，计划有序地完成Z集团的信息系统整合目标。截止目前已完成信息系统整合项目的第一期，并成功推广了40家项目公司。第一期的完成基本消灭信息孤岛现象，提高Z集团信息系统的利用率，达到信息系统之间的互联互通、无缝对接，提升了Z集团的管理水平，支持了领导的战略决策，创造了可观的价值。

Abstract Under the environment of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more globalized. Z group is facing more and more fierce competition, and the demand for information management is getting higher and higher. Z information system construction has a time, information planning to focus only on the short-term effect, not from the overall consideration, so that the information in the system cannot flow smoothly, the information cannot be shared, lead to "information island" problem. How to solve the problem of "information isolated island" and maximize the use of information resources has become a huge problem faced by Z group.Z group is a traditional energy industry. After many years of rapid development, it has become one of the largest Trans regional energy service enterprises in China. It is necessary to realize two double billion strategic targets of revenue and market value by 2022. With the severe economic situation and the increasing pressure of industry development, the existing information management systems are facing great challenges, and the integration of information systems is imminent. Z group timely set up the system integration department, start the information system planning project, and unify the planning and design information system integration plan from the perspective of the group. Taking Z group information system integration design as the research object, starting from the harm brought by Information Island to Z group, this paper describes the necessity and possibility of Z group's information system integration. Meanwhile, the author integrates the project through information system, leads the Department members to comb the existing information system of Z group, understand the existing information system function problems, report the group leaders and confirm the system integration and implementation plan. Through the strong support of the group leaders, popular on the market comparison system integration software, considering the software vendor's reputation, scale, technical strength, service consciousness, and considering the project cost by way of bidding purchase mature products of Oracle company, plans to complete the task of orderly integration of information system of Z group. Up to now, the first phase of the information system integration project has been completed, and 40 item companies have been successfully promoted. The completion of the first phase basically eliminates the phenomenon of information isolated island, improves the utilization rate of information system of Z group, achieves interconnectivity and seamless connection between information systems, improves the management level of Z group, supports the strategic decision of leaders, and creates considerable value.
