延安精神是兼具政党色彩和民族精神的集大成者，其不仅包含了延安革命时期，党政军群共同展现出的道德品质和精神风貌，还散发着马克思主义的真理光芒，包含了党历代领导人理论的精髓，是中国共产党独特的政治优势。新时代，习近平总书记的讲话中，将延安精神同今天我们为之奋斗的事业、同党的建设、同青年的成长，紧密结合起来，使延安精神更富有直接现实性。在第二个百年奋斗的历史进程中，深入地研究习近平关于弘扬延安精神的重要论述，对准确定位延安精神、昭示其时代价值，发扬延安精神都有着重要的意义。本文，以此为“出发点”展开研究，以期新时代“实事求是”地弘扬延安精神，彰显其精神魅力，完成其使命。
本文分为四大部分展开论述。第一部分是核心概念诠释部分，通过阐述延安精神的科学含义、具体表现形式、主要内容、历史成就等概念，明确延安精神的内核，进而诠释延安精神的现实意义，明确延安精神弘扬的价值。第二部分是对习近平关于弘扬延安精神重要论述形成条件的分析部分，通过探究马克思主义创始人、十八大以前党领导人关于弘扬延安精神的重要思想，以及结合新时代现实要求，从理论的角度明确新时代延安精神是一脉相承、与时俱进的，从实践的角度明确延安精神弘扬的重要意义。第三部分是重要论述内容解读阐述部分，按照“明确延安精神的地位→揭示弘扬延安精神的价值→确定弘扬延安精神的目标→提取弘扬延安精神的精髓→指明弘扬延安精神的基础→阐明弘扬延安精神的路径”构建起逻辑框架，以期明确回答出新时代延安精神为什么要弘扬、弘扬什么以及如何弘扬。第四部分是探讨论述内容重要意义部分。从理论上来看，满足了延安精神的自身发展需求，实现其理论创新发展，赋予新内涵、新价值，彰显新活力。从现实意义来看，满足了新时代所需精神，通过延安精神的广泛弘扬，为中国建设美好未来提供精神支撑，为中国国际形象提供鲜活素材。
最后通过对重要论述的全面总结和综合性分析，本人认为研究内容是极具时代性和逻辑性的，它是新时代弘扬延安精神的良方，以期未来学术研究紧靠弘扬良方精准抓药。

The Yan'an Spirit is the sum of both the colours of the political party and the spirit of the nation. It not only contains the moral qualities and spirituality that the party, government and military displayed together during the revolutionary period in Yan'an, but also exudes the light of the truth of Marxism, contains the essence of the theories of successive generations of party leaders and is a unique political advantage of the Chinese Communist Party. In the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech has made the Yan'an spirit more directly relevant by closely linking it to the cause we are fighting for today, to the building of the Party and to the growth of youth. In the course of the second century of struggle, it is important to study Xi Jinping's important statement on the promotion of the Yan'an spirit in depth, in order to accurately position the Yan'an spirit, to show its contemporary value, and to carry forward the Yan'an spirit. In this paper, we take this as the "starting point" for our research, with a view to promoting the Yan'an Spirit in a "realistic" manner in the new era, highlighting its spiritual charm and fulfilling its mission.
This paper is divided into four main parts. The first part is an interpretation of the core concepts, which clarifies the core of the Yan'an spirit by elaborating on its scientific meaning, specific manifestations, main contents, historical achievements and other concepts, and then interprets the practical significance of the Yan'an spirit and clarifies the value of its promotion. The second part is an analysis of the conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping's important discourse on the promotion of the Yan'an spirit. By exploring the important thoughts of the founder of Marxism and the Party leaders before the 18th National Congress on the promotion of the Yan'an spirit, as well as the requirements of the reality of the new era, it is clear from a theoretical perspective that the spirit of Yan'an in the new era is one and the same, and from a practical perspective, it is clear that the promotion of the Yan'an spirit is important. The third part is an exposition on the interpretation of the content of the important discourses, building a logical framework in accordance with "clarifying the status of the spirit of Yan'an → revealing the value of promoting the spirit of Yan'an → determining the goal of promoting the spirit of Yan'an → extracting the essence of promoting the spirit of Yan'an → indicating the basis of promoting the spirit of Yan'an → clarifying the path of promoting the spirit of Yan'an", with a view to clearly answering Why, what and how the spirit of Yan'an should be carried forward in the new era. The fourth part is a discussion of the importance of the content of the discourse. From a theoretical point of view, it meets the needs of the development of the Yan'an Spirit itself, realises its theoretical innovation and development, gives new connotations and values, and shows new vitality. In terms of practical significance, it meets the spirit needed for the new era, and through the widespread promotion of the Yan'an Spirit, provides the spiritual support for China to build a better future and provides vivid material for China's international image.
Finally, through a comprehensive summary and comprehensive analysis of the important discourse, I believe that the content of the study is highly contemporary and logical, and that it is a prescription for promoting the spirit of Yan'an in the new era, with a view to future academic research relying closely on the promotion of the prescription for precise prescription.
