近年来电能质量问题日益受到人们的重视,为了更方便地对电能进行实时有效的监测,本文基于高性能F2812处理器设计了一款手持式电能质量分析仪,该仪器实现功能包括实时交直流有效值测量、功率和功率因数测量、相位测量、频率测量以及2~25次谐波幅值测量。 为了实现电力参量的高精度测量,本系统在硬件上设计了共模抑制比高的信号采样电路、模拟低通滤波电路、高效DC-DC变换电路等,从而实现了电能信号的实时采集;在软件上,首先提出了一种改进型高通滤波器的设计,即针对切比雪夫直接II型滤波器的缺点,引入AGARWAL滤波器结构特点,对直接II型滤波器结构进行了改进。该设计克服了切比雪夫直接II型滤波器对系数量化误差和有效字长敏感的缺点,使所设计的2阶IIR高通滤波效果可与5阶切比雪夫直接II型滤波效果相媲美;其次在直流滤波方面设计了分级抽取低通FIR滤波器,降低了系统采样率和滤波器的阶数,减少了运算次数,有效提高了滤波效率;再次在数据处理方面提出了基于快速傅立叶变换的“改进型高通滤波+窗函数+FFT +双峰谱线插值”对谐波序列进行处理,克服了直接采用快速傅立叶变换难以做到同步采样和整数周期截断的缺点,且比利用单峰谱线插值算法更加准确,易于实现。 在CCS(Code Composer Studio)集成开发环境下实现了本系统的软件仿真并研制了一台基于DSP的手持式电能质量分析仪。以Fluke5520A为基准信号对其进行测试校准,测试结果表明本系统测量误差符合国家标准,且设备运行稳定,具有一定的实用价值。

Power quality problems have been paid increasing attention in recent years, in order to monitor electric energy in real-time more conveniently, a handheld power quality analyzer based on high performance processor F2812 is designed. The main functions of the instrument including real-time measurement of voltage and current effective value, power, power factor, phase, frequency and two to twenty-five times harmonic amplitude. To measure electric parameters in high precision, designed signal sampling circuit of high common mode rejection ratio, analog low-pass filter circuit, high efficiency DC-DC converter circuit etc. Thereby the signal collection in real-time is realized. In software an improved high-pass filter has been put forward at first, it is according to the shortcoming of the Chebyshev direct type II filter, introduced AGARWAL filter structure to improve the direct type II filter. The design overcomes the shortcoming of the Chebyshev direct type II filter which sensitive to coefficient quantization error and effective word length. With the method to design of two order IIR high-pass filter effect may comparable with the method of Chebyshev direct type II to design of five order IIR high-pass filter. In DC filter a hierarchical decimation low pass FIR filter have been designed, bringing down the sampling rate and the order number of filter, reducing the number of operation and effectively improving filter efficiency. And in data processing, a kind of effective method to process the harmonic sequence which based on Fast Fourier Transform is put forward, it is "improved high-pass filter + window function+ FFT + win peaks spectrum interpolation algorithm", overcomes the shortcoming which hard to be performed synch-ronized sample and integer period truncation by Fast Fourier Transform, and more accurate and easier to realize than single-peak interpolation algorithm. Software simulation of this system have been achieved in the CCS (Code Composer Studio) integrated development environment, and have manufactured a handheld power quality analyzer based on DSP. Fluke5520A that as reference signal is used to test and calibrate the handheld power quality analyzer, the test results show that: The measurement error of the design system meets the national standard. And it has stable performance and pratical value.
