随着高新科技的发展和应用,企业各类生产事故频繁发生,安全生产形势依然严峻。人们已经意识到,要从根本上避免事故发生,保证企业本质安全化生产,必须从安全整体出发,树立安全系统思想。在事故处置上,人们往往将事故发生的原因归结于某一直接或间接因素,忽略了导致直接或间接因素的其他因素以及这几个因素之间的相互关系。影响企业安全生产的因素众多,如工作环境的舒适程度、安全管理水平、员工安全意识、技术装备的安全性能、安全教育培训等,企业安全系统在这些影响因素的交互作用下会呈现出复杂性。 本文以复杂适应系统理论为基础,基于多主体的建模与仿真方法,研究企业安全系统的影响因素以及不同条件下企业安全系统的运行效果与系统安全性水平。通过对企业安全系统概念的界定,并对其复杂适应性特征进行分析,证实企业安全系统在本质上属于复杂适应系统。在此基础上,对企业安全系统的结构与功能进行分析;另外,根据主体划分规则对企业安全系统的行为主体进行划分,并设定主体属性及行为规则,构建企业安全系统运行模型。 企业安全系统运行模型由领导者Agent、管理者Agent、操作者Agent、环境Agent和技术装备Agent五类主体构成。运用NetLogo计算机仿真平台对该运行模型进行模拟仿真,研究结果表明:企业安全系统是一个受多主体影响的复杂适应系统;各主体属性对于系统安全性的效果与作用力大小存在显著差异;各主体之间直接或间接相互影响,共同发展。因此,企业在安全管理工作的具体实施过程中,可以通过有效控制各主体行为属性以减少事故发生,提高系统安全性水平,实现企业安全生产。

With the development and application of high-tech, various kinds of production accidents have occurred frequently in enterprises, and the work safety situation remains grim. People have realized that to fundamentally avoid accidents and ensure the essential work safety of enterprises, we must set up the safety system thoughts from the view of safety as a whole. In dealing with the accident, people often attribute the cause of the accident to a direct or indirect factor, ignoring the other factors that lead to the direct or indirect factor and the relationship between these factors. There are many factors that affect the work safety of enterprises, such as the comfort degree of the working environment, the level of safety management, the safety awareness of employees, the safety performance of technical equipment, and the safety education and training, etc. The system presents complexity under the interaction of these factors. This paper studied the influencing factors of the enterprise safety system,the operation effect and system safety level of the enterprise safety system under different conditions based on the theory of complex adaptive system and the multi-agent modeling and simulation. By defining the concept of enterprise safety system and analyzing its complex adaptive characteristics, it is proved that enterprise safety system belongs to complex adaptive system in essence. On this basis, through the study of the factors affecting the enterprise work safety, the structure and function of the enterprise safety system are further analyzed. In addition, the agent of the enterprise safety system is divided according to the rules of the agent division, and the agent properties and behavior rules are set, and built an enterprise safety system operation model. The operation model of enterprise safety system is composed of five kinds of agents: leader agent, manager agent, operator agent, environmental agent and technical equipment agent. Combined with NetLogo simulation platform, the simulation results show that: the enterprise safety system is a complex adaptive system controlled by multi-agent. There are significant differences in the effect and force of the main attributes on the system safety. The agents directly or indirectly interact and work together. Therefore, in the implementation process of safety management, enterprises can effectively control and regulate the behavior of each agent to reduce the occurrence of accidents, improve the safety of the system, and realize the work safety.
