接地网在电力系统安全运行中的作用是极其重要的。接地网经过埋地腐蚀损坏后造成其接地性能不良,接地电阻变大,甚至引起电力设备毁坏,危及工作人员人身安全。由于其常年埋于地下,检测其当前的腐蚀状态,存在现实的困难。 论文分析了国内外接地网腐蚀状态检测方面的发展动态,研发了基于虚拟软件的接地网腐蚀状态多站虚拟检测平台和若干接地网腐蚀状态检测独立站点。独立站点包括基于电化学测量理论研制的接地网腐蚀状态三电极传感器和以微控制器STC89C54RD+为核心的接地网腐蚀状态检测仪。三电极传感器埋设于接地网附近区域,用来模拟该站点附近接地网的腐蚀状况。接地网腐蚀状态检测仪主要是完成传感器激励施加和参数采集功能。该检测仪有电源控制模块,传感器激励模块,响应数据采集模块,土壤电阻测量模块等。通过对接地网多站虚拟检测平台分站站点埋设位置的优化布置,选取若干最佳埋设点,将独立分站点埋设于接地网中对应的位置中,采集到的数据经过GPRS网络发送到接地网腐蚀状态多站虚拟平台,对数据进行实时采集并存储,经过分析计算后显示结果。 通过工程现场的应用表明,研制出的便携式的三电极传感器,为方便,快速,非接触检测接地网腐蚀状态提供了切实可行的方法,接地网腐蚀状态多站虚拟检测平台,解决了多站点分布问题,将分站点发送的数据进行分析计算后,得出当前接地网的腐蚀状态。应用串口转GPRS技术,使现场采集和虚拟多站检测平台之间的数据传输距离大大增加。该系统的研制,可以实现接地网腐蚀状态检测。对接地网腐蚀状态非接触式检测具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。

Grounding grids is important to secure operation of electrical power system. After buried corrosion and damage, its grounded capability becomes poor and its ground resistance becomes bigger, even causing damage to electrical equipments and danger to workers. Since it is buried underground throughout the year, there is practical difficulty to test its current corrosion condition. This paper analyzes development status of domestic and abroad status of test on corrosion condition of grounding grid, develops multi--station virtual test platform that is based on virtual software for corrosion condition of grounding grid and several independent sites for testing corrosion conditions of grounding grid. Independent site includes three-electrode sensor for corrosion condition of grounding grid that is developed based on electrochemical measurement theory and detector with microcontroller STC89C54RD+ as the core for corrosion condition of grounding grid. Three--electrode sensor is buried at area near grounding grid, to simulate corrosion conditions of grounding grid near the site. Detector for corrosion condition of grounding grid is mainly for applying stimulus on sensor and parameter collection. this detector is installed with power control module, sensor excitation module, response data collection module, and soil electric resistance measurement module, etc. Through optimized layout of burying positions of substations of multi--station virtual test platform, select several optimal burying positions, and bury the independent substations at corresponding positions of grounding grid. The collected data is sent to the multi--station virtual test platform through GPRS communication, and is collected in real time and stored. Then, the results will present after analysis and computation. From the applications at engineering site, it can be seen that the developed portable three-electrode sensor provides practical methods for easy and fast test on corrosion conditions without touching; and that multi--station virtual test platform for corrosion condition of grounding grid solves the multi--station distribution issue and can obtain corrosion condition of current grounding grid after analyzing and computing the data that is sent by substations. Application of technology that converts serial port to GPRS greatly increases the data transmission distance between site collection and virtual multi--station test platform. Development and research of this system can realize test on corrosion condition of grounding grid. This has important theoretical significance and engineering value to non-contact test on corrosion condition of grounding grid.
