目前,装配式建筑在设计阶段缺乏对各参建方受限因素全面细致考虑,导致设计成果无法直接满足施工要求。参建方在装配式建筑施工阶段中获取的信息滞后,不能根据实时状态信息来对计划进行调整。本文以装配式建筑为研究对象,建立了能够满足施工的装配式建筑设计流程以及基于BIM与物联网的装配式建筑施工管理体系,并以此构建了装配式建筑设计与施工管理平台。 本文主要从以下的几个方面进行研究:一是对BIM与装配式建筑、物联网技术特点进行分析,并通过对物联网技术对比分析,选择出能够完成施工过程中信息采集与反馈的物联网技术。二是,通过分析设计阶段各参建方的受限问题,建立了基于BIM的装配式建筑协同设计流程,并提出了设计方案的优化方法与保障协同设计的制度。三是,对BIM与物联网进行集成分析,确定了BIM与物联网信息交互的方式。通过对施工阶段管理的信息需求分析,确定了设备的选取与布置方式,并建立了以进度、质量、成本为目标的装配式建筑构件管理系统构架,实现对装配式建筑施工过程中构件的进度、质量、成本动态管理。四是,构建了装配式建筑设计与施工管理平台,实现对装配式建筑设计与施工信息的集成、BIM与物联网技术的集成。五是,将构建的装配式建筑设计与施工管理平台应用于项目中,对产生的效益成本进行分析,针对应用中存在的问题提出相应的解决措施。 将BIM与物联网技术集成于装配式建筑的设计与施工管理过程有助于拓展装配式建筑研究领域,对提高装配式建筑设计质量以及施工管理效率具有一定的理论意义与实践价值。

At present, in the design stage, the prefabricated buildings lack comprehensive consideration of the constraints of the participating parties, resulting in the design results cannot directly meet the construction requirements. The information obtained by the participating parties during the construction phase of the prefabricated building is lagging, and the plan cannot be adjusted based on the real-time status information. In this paper, the prefabricated building is taken as the research object, and the prefabricated building design process and the BIM and IoT-based prefabricated building construction management system are established, and the prefabricated building design and construction management platform is constructed. This paper mainly studies from the following aspects: Firstly, it analyzes the characteristics of BIM and fabricated buildings and Internet of Things technology, and through the comparative analysis of Internet of Things technology, selects the Internet of Things that can complete information collection and feedback during construction. technology. Secondly, by analyzing the limited problems of the participating parties in the design stage, a BIM-based collaborative building design process is established, and the optimization method of the design scheme and the system of guaranteeing the collaborative design are proposed. Third, the integrated analysis of BIM and the Internet of Things determines the way BIM interacts with IoT information. Through the analysis of the information needs of the construction stage management, the selection and arrangement of the equipment were determined, and the framework of the assembly building component management system with the aim of progress, quality and cost was established to realize the progress of the components in the assembly construction process, quality, cost dynamic management. Fourth, a prefabricated building design and construction management platform was constructed to integrate the assembly design and construction information, and integrate BIM and Internet of Things technologies. The fifth is to apply the constructed assembly design and construction management platform to the project, analyze the cost of benefit generated, and propose corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the application. Integrating BIM and IoT technology into the design and construction management process of fabricated buildings will help to expand the field of fabricated building research, and has certain theoretical significance and practical value for improving the quality of fabricated building design and construction management efficiency.
