矿井提升机是矿井生产的主要设备之一,是一套复杂的机械电气机组,是矿山生产运输的主要工具。矿井提升机运行的安全可靠性不仅直接影响整个矿井的生产能力,影响整个矿山的经济效益,而且还涉及到井下工作矿工的生命安全。提升机电控系统线路结构复杂,控制元件多,触点多,查找原因的过程较为复杂,因此要求维修者具有丰富的经验和知识。针对矿井提升机电控系统的故障诊断的实际需求,本文提出了模糊专家系统的方法,用于提升机的故障诊断。首先介绍了矿井提升机设备及其电控系统的组成结构和工作特点。其次讨论了故障诊断的概念、方法和分类。阐明了矿井提升机状态监测与故障诊断模糊专家系统的主要内容和总体框架;并综合运用数据库理论、模糊理论等对矿井提升机故障诊断问题进行研究。在系统实现中,采用隶属函数来反映故障对象特征的模糊性和模糊关系及基于关系数据库进行知识的模糊表达,实现基于规则的模糊推理,同时对规则运用粗糙集理论进行约简,大大简化了规则的冗余性,提高诊断效率。然后,采用软件实现的思想,设计了一个利用VC++ 6.0作为开发工具的实用型知识库及其管理系统和推理机,同时给出具有模块化和开放式特点的矿井提升机电控系统故障诊断专家系统原型中核心部分的计算机程序。最后,本文使用具体示例对矿井提升机电控系统的主回路故障进行验证。

Mine hoist, as one of the main equipments in the mine production, is a complex set of mechanical and electrical units, as well as the main tool of mine production and transportation. The safety and reliability of the mine hoist operation not only directly affect the capacity of the entire mine and the economical efficiency, but also involve with the lives and the safety of underground miners. Because of the complex of the line structure, more control components and contacts with convoluted process are employed to find out the failure reasons, requiring repairers equipped with extensive experience and knowledge. To meet the requirements of the actual demand of mine hoist monitoring and fault diagnosis, this paper presents a method of fuzzy expert system used in mine hoist monitoring and fault diagnosis. Firstly, the configuration and working characteristic of the mine hoist and control system are introduced. Secondly, the concept, the method and the species of the fault diagnosis are discussed. And this paper presents the main content and the total frame of the expert system of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for the mine hoist. After that, the fault diagnosis of the mine hoist research is conducted by applying the theory of artificial intelligent, database and fuzzy theory. The constructing method of the knowledge base, knowledge base management system and reasoning machine of fault diagnosis are especially researched, which is based on the fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis; During the realization of the system, the membership function that reflects the fault fuzzy,fuzzy connection and fuzzy description of knowledge based on relational database, are employed in this paper, with fuzzy reasoning based on the rule realized. Then by adopting the theory of software engineering, this paper develops the Knowledge Base, Knowledge Base Management System and Reasoning Machine of Fault Diagnosis using VC++6.0 program environment, and the software is the core of the whole system. At last, this paper demonstrates application examples to testify the Knowledge Base Management System and Diagnosis Reasoning Module.
