建北煤矿位于陕西省延安市黄陵建庄矿区的北部,为新建矿井。主采煤层为4-2煤层,煤层厚度5~10m,平均厚度7.6m,埋藏深度473~570m,标高为827~920m,倾角为2~5°,设计产能为210万t/a。本文以建北煤矿地质条件为背景,在大量现场矿压观测数据的基础上,运用计算机数值模拟、理论分析等方法对4-2101综放工作面矿压规律进行了深入的研究。 研究得出,4-2101工作面基本顶的初次来压步距为25m,周期来压步距为9.6~15.7m,平均12.5m;基本顶来压时支架动载系数为1.2~1.7,平均1.5,各阶段来压强度不高,并且有明显的周期来压,顶板管理难度中等;顺槽两巷在工作面前方35m开始收敛,6~15m范围顶底板移近速度较快。巷道累计移近量较小,最大值为30.47mm,现有支护方式比较安全。回采对巷道的扰动较小,支承压力峰值在煤壁前方3~6m范围,影响范围在工作面前方35m范围内;RFPA数值模拟得出,覆岩垮落具有初次和周期来压特点,工作面推进至16m时直接顶初次垮落,基本顶初次垮落步距约为25m,周期来压步距9~17m,平均12.4m,与现场实测、理论分析基本吻合;工作面上覆岩层结构中,第四层为主关键层,第二、六层为亚关键层,直接顶属于2类中等稳定顶板,具有周期性破碎性质,基本顶属于Ⅱ级易冒落松软顶板;4-2101工作面作为建北煤矿首采综放工作面其矿压规律和顶板管理经验具有一定的代表性,因此掌握综放工作面矿压规律对于矿井的安全与高产高效具有现实的指导意义。

Jianbei coal mine is the new coal which is located in the northern of Huangling Jianzhuang mining area that is in Yanan city Shaanxi Province. The main coal seam is 4-2 coal seam, thickness of coal seam is 5~10m, the average thickness is 7.6m, buried depth is 473~570m, the elevation is 827~920m, the angle is 2~5°, design capacity is 2100000t/a. This paper uses the Jianbei coal mine's geological conditions as the background, on the basis of mine pressure observation data, using the method of computer numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to 4-2101 fully mechanized face mine pressure regularity are studied. It studied that the basic roof ’s initial pressure pace of 4-2101 workingface is 25m and the periodic pressure pace is 9.6~15.7m, the average pace is 12.5m. Basic roof support on the dynamic load coefficient is 1.2~1.7, on average is 1.5, each stage to compressive strength is not high, there are obvious periodic pressure and roof management difficulty of medium. Constriction of entry was beyond workingface about 35m, the range of roof and floor closer faster at 6~15m, small amounts of cumulative nearer, the maximum of 30.47mm, the supporting method is safe. Stoping less disturbance on the roadway, the peak of abutment pressure was from 4 to 10 m in front of coal wall, influence range is within the scope of working face in front of the 35 m; According to RFPA numerical simulation research, with initial and periodic working face advancing to 16 m direct roof caving for the first time, pace of initial and periodical pressure were separately 25m and 12.4 m, basic consistent, theoretical analysis and field testing. The fourth ,second and sixth floors separately are key layer and sub critical layer in the overlying strata structure, direct roof belongs to the class 2 medium stable roof, cyclical crushing properties of basic roof is Ⅱ soft easy caving roof. 4-2101 working face as initial mining full-mechanized caving face in Jianbei coal mine and build the law of roof movement and mining pressure regularity has certain representativeness, therefore grasp mine pressure regularity of full-mechanized caving mining face for mine safety and high yield and high efficiency is of great realistic significance.
