煤矿薄层复合顶板是巷道掘进经常遇到并且十分不利的地质条件,在巷道施工及维护中经常引起顶板离层冒落等失稳现象,是威胁煤矿顶板安全的重大隐患之一。 本论文以薄层复合顶板巷道施工与支护为背景,采用实验室岩石力学实验、数值模拟、理论分析相结合的方法,定义了薄层复合顶板的概念,并分析了薄层复合顶板岩石的基本特性,重点研究了水对薄层复合顶板岩层的弱化作用及影响规律,得出了薄层复合顶板巷道在水渗流作用下的稳定性规律,提出了薄层复合顶板巷道的安全控制技术措施。 为了系统研究薄层复合顶板巷道围岩变形破坏特征及其变化规律,借助FLAC2D软件建立数值分析模型,模拟薄层复合顶板巷道围岩在水渗流作用下的变形破坏过程,研究得出巷道围岩在水渗流作用下从巷道开挖到采用锚杆支护达到新稳定过程中的围岩破坏特征的变化规律。 通过工程实践证明,依据薄层复合顶板离层冒落机理进行支护设计是有效和可行的。

Abstract Thin-layer compound roof in coal mine is frequently encountered and unfavorable geological condition for roadway excavation , it has often led to the roof separation falling instability phenomena in the construction safety and long-termmaintenance easily , it is one of the major hidden threat to the safety of coal mine roof . This paper is in order to thin-layer compound roof roadway construction and support as the background ,use the method which is combining the laboratory rock mechanics experiment , numerical simulation and theoretical analysis ,defined the concept of the thin-layer conpond roof and analysis the rocak properties of the roof strata,studied the weaken and law of the tin-layer compound roof rock by the water,obtained the stability of the road of thin-layer compound roof by water seepage,proposed the security control measures for the roadway of thin-layer compound roof. In order to research on the characteristics and variation of deformation and failure , establish numerical analysis model by using the FLAC2D software,simulation the deformation and failure process of thin-layer compound roof surrounding rock , analysis and get the variation of the rock stress field and failure characteristics from the process which the surrounding rock has began from the tunnel excavation to thebolt support to reach a new stable under the water seepage. Engineering practice shows that:the support design based on the roof caving mechanism of thin-layer compound roof is effective and feasible.
