随着中国医疗器械行业尤其是医用敷料行业的飞速发展以及中外交流合作的日益增加，以华熙生物为代表的一系列医用敷料生产商逐渐将目光投向海外市场。为了获取行业相关信息，一些市场调研机构对国内医用敷料行业相关从业人员进行了采访，国外买家和研究人员可以通过这些采访获取该行业相关信息。因此，这类访谈文本的准确翻译就显得至关重要。

本翻译实践报告以译者在译国译民集团有限公司担任译员期间承接的医疗器械相关访谈项目为研究对象，论证了功能对等理论在指导访谈文本翻译实践中的合理性和可行性。源文本兼具访谈文本口语化以及医学文本专业化的特征，因此，如何在确保译文准确度的情况下同时保留原文的文体特征就成为一大难点。译者以功能对等理论为指导，分别从词汇、句子、语篇、文体层面阐述了翻译过程中采用的翻译技巧，包括增译、减译、合译、转换等。此外，译者还对语序、语态以及句子结构进行调整，最大程度实现功能对等这一翻译目的。

通过本次翻译实践，译者发现功能对等理论可以有效指导访谈文本翻译。在功能对等理论指导下，译者针对相关翻译问题选择对应的翻译技巧，最大程度地实现了源文本和目标文本的功能对等，提高了译文质量，同时也为从事访谈文本翻译的译者提供了借鉴。

With the rapid development of China’s medical device industry, especially the medical dressing industry, as well as the increasing exchange and cooperation between China and foreign countries, a lot of medical dressing manufacturers represented by Bloomage Biotech are gradually turning their attention to overseas markets. In order to obtain industry-related information, some market research institutions conducted interviews with relevant practitioners from domestic medical dressing industry, through which foreign buyers and researchers can obtain information about the industry. Therefore, the accurate translation of these interview texts is of vital importance.

Based on the C-E translation project of interview text that the translator undertook from YGYM, this translation practice report demonstrated the rationality and feasibility of functional equivalence theory in the guidance of the C-E translation of interview text. The source text of the report is characterized by both colloquial expressions of interview text and various terms of medical text. Therefore, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the translation while keeping the stylistic features of the original text. Guided by the functional equivalence theory, the translator expounded the translation techniques adopted during translation process from the lexical, syntactic, textual, and stylistic level, including addition, omission, combination, shift, etc. In addition, the translator also changed the word order, voice, and sentence structure, so as to better achieve functional equivalence.

Through this translation practice, the translator found that the functional equivalence theory can effectively guide the translation of interview text. Under the guidance of the theory, the translator adopted corresponding translation techniques to solve relevant problems, maximizing the functional equivalence between the source text and the target text, as well as improving the quality of the translation. Meanwhile, the translator also hopes that the report can provide reference for translators engaged in the interview text translation in the future.
