矿井煤自燃火灾不仅造成大量的煤炭资源损失,而且严重威胁煤矿的安全生产。本论文结合综放面采空区浮煤自然发火的特点,运用煤自燃危险区域判定理论,确定了采空区自燃危险区域的判定条件和方法步骤。同时在总结前人研究成果的基础上通过小煤样实验进一步探索了不同温度条件下煤样粒度与耗氧速度的关系;通过大煤样自然发火实验研究了煤样的升温速度特性、耗氧速度特性,采用能量守恒和化学键能估算法计算了煤样的放热强度,确定了煤样的自燃极限参数。 本论文针对采空区煤自燃火灾的预测,以煤炭自燃特性实验研究和现场观测为基础,采用软件开发工具VB 6.0,开发了采空区浮煤自燃危险区域分析判定软件。该软件运用自顶向下、功能模块化的结构化设计方法,具有友好的用户界面和强大的数据处理能力,能够实现实测数据的简便录入、进行数据的复杂计算;能够实现采空区散热带、氧化升温带、窒熄带的自动划分并确定采空区危险区域;可以进行曲线图的绘制和图形化输出结果。 最后,运用该软件对鹤壁三矿3006综放面采空区危险区域进行了成功的分析和判定,表明该软件具有很好的适用性和可操作性,不仅满足了采空区浮煤自燃危险区域判定需要,而且极大的优化了分析判定过程。

Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the big disaster in the coal product. Combined with coal characteristics in goaf of fully mechanized top-coal caving, determinant criteria and methods of hazard zone in goaf are determined by theory of coal spontaneous combustion zone. Based on the former research work, correlation between coal particle and oxygen consumption in different temperature was studied through small-scale experiment. Meanwhile, temperature characteristic and velocity of oxygen consumption are also studied by full-scale experiment. Using conversation of energy and estimation of chemical bond energy to obtain heat release of coal sample, the limit parameters of self-ignite of coal sample are made sure. Aiming at the forecasting of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, a kind of software by means of VB6.0 has been developed to analyze and determine coal spontaneous combustion zone in goaf, based on the experimental studies and locale observation. Integrated with modeling of function and direction from up to down, this software has friendly user interface and powerful ability of data processing such as data input and complex calculation, area automated partition of heat release, oxidization temperature rise and asphyxiation, curve diagram drawing and result output graphically. Finally, the software was successfully applied to the goaf of fully mechanized top-coal caving in 3006 HeBi Third Mine, which illustrates it has great applicability and maneuverability. The software not only satisfies the need of determination of coal spontaneous combustion zone in goaf but also optimizes greatly the process of analyzing and determining.
