随着科学技术的发展,各种敏感性负荷的大量应用,使得电力用户对电能质量的要求越来越高。动态电压恢复器(DVR)具有良好的动态性能使其成为治理暂态电能质量问题最有效的装置。它不仅可以解决电压暂降、暂升的动态电压质量问题,也可以补偿三相不平衡、电压谐波等稳态电压质量问题,是目前国内外研究的热点之一。 本文首先阐述了电能质量问题及动态电压恢复器(DVR),分析了动态电压恢复器的主电路结构与工作原理、电压暂降检测方法以及动态电压补偿策略。针对当前动态电压恢复器的电压跟踪控制方法的不足,将模糊控制理论应用到DVR的控制系统中,设计了基于参数模糊自整定PID控制策略,在Matlab/simulink 平台上搭建了主电路和控制系统,通过对系统侧电压的扰动和负载电流的适应性的仿真分析,得出采用参数模糊自整定PID控制优于模糊控制以及PID控制,提高了系统的动态响应速度和稳态性,同时对系统侧电压的扰动和负载电流的适应性也得到了提高。 针对中低压配电网的特点,通过对DVR装置的四个主要环节设计方案的比较,确定了三相四线制DVR的主电路结构。 建立三相四线制DVR仿真模型,利用本文所设计的参数模糊自整定PID控制方法,采用瞬时电压比较法及完全电压补偿策略,对DVR进行了电压暂降、不平衡、暂升的补偿研究,同时也进行了DVR的负载适应性的仿真,结果验证了控制策略满足三相四线制动态电压恢复器的控制要求。

With the development of science and technology, a lot of sensitive electric equipments were widely applied, Power consumers demand higher quality power supply. Because of an fine dynamic function of Dynamic Voltage Restorer(DVR) make it the most effective device to solve dynamic voltage quality problems. DVR is one of the hottest topic in this field, because it could compensate both steady state and dynamic voltage quality problems, such as voltage sag, voltage swell, the imbalance of three-phase voltage and harmonic. In this paper, the advantages of DVR and the power quality problems are expounded firstly, the main circuit and work truth of DVR is discussed in this paper, voltage detecting method, voltage compensation strategy. This paper do research in control methods of DVR, analyzing the disadvantages of control method of DVR, applying fuzzy theory in control system of DVR, designing the control system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID control, building the main circuit and control system based on Matlab/Simulink, by analyzing of voltage disturbance and the adaptability of load variation, educes that fuzzy self-tuning PID exceeds fuzzy control and PID control, improved responsibility and stability of system. Meanwhile it can improve the voltage disturbance and adaptability of load variation. Aim to characteristic of the middle and low tension distribution system, comparing the design schemes of 4 main parts of DVR, the main circuit topology of three-phase four-wire DVR is confirmed. A simulation model of the three-phase four-wired DVR based on Matlab/Simulink is proposed, using fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy, compare truth of instantaneous voltage and absolute voltage compensation strategy. A great deal of research on compensating voltage sag, swell, unbalance, and harmonics of DVR are carried out in use of the control method presented in this paper. The simulation results validated that the three-phase four-wired DVR meets the designing request.
