高校是主流意识形态教育的前沿阵地，肩负着“立德树人”的根本任务。随着信息时代的到来，新的挑战、新的变化、多种意识形态的渗透和高等教育的快速发展，各种不安定因素不断增加，各种矛盾不断激化。高校作为社会的重要组成部分，虽然在整体上保持着稳定，但是偶有突发事件发生，这不仅给师生们敲响了安全警钟，同时也对高校的运行秩序和社会声誉造成了一定影响。习近平总书记强调：“要高度重视对青年一代的思想政治工作，完善思想政治工作体系，不断创新思想政治工作内容和形式，教育引导广大青年形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。”高校是育人之所，传智之所。突发事件的出现，使得大学生思想政治工作面临着更复杂的任务和更大的挑战，为此高校要不断统筹发展，增强忧患意识，做到居安思危。

因此，开展高校突发事件中大学生思想政治工作研究，对于提升思想政治工作的针对性与实效性、维护社会和高校的平安稳定，都有着十分重要的意义。本文的第一部分主要总结概括了国内外学者对高校突发事件的研究现状，从而为后续研究寻找新的视角。第二部分重点阐明了大学生思想政治工作和高校突发事件的相关概念以及研究的理论基础，以及对二者辩证关系的阐述，以此为基础，运用大学生思想政治工作应对高校突发事件提供一定理论依据。第三部分在遵循我国高校突发事件应对的实际情况的基础上，分析其不足和原因，为下文提供事实依据。第四部分是在高校突发事件中大学生思想政治工作应当遵循的原则及采用的方法。第五部分主要探索如何应对高校突发事件的思想政治工作对策，由此，为高校突发事件的解决提供有效思路。

On the basis of following the actual situation of emergency response in Chinese universities, the third part analyzes its shortcomings and reasons, providing factual basis for the following text. The fourth part is the principles and methods that should be followed in the ideological and political work of college students in the event of emergencies in universities. The fifth part mainly explores how to respond to ideological and political work strategies for university emergencies, thereby providing effective ideas for solving university emergencies.
