蒋家河煤矿4号煤层以往在巷道支护方案选择上采用工程类比法进行设计,采用邻近矿井的支护形式与支护参数,巷道的支护方案存在着安全隐患。煤层巷道出现了局部变形和顶板冒落漏顶的现象,对本矿职工的生命安全形成了较大的威胁,严重影响安全生产。综合以上情况分析,为保障矿井安全顺利生产,对蒋家河煤矿4号煤层巷道锚杆支护原有方案经行分析,找到合理支护方案。 本次研究在理论分析的基础上,在ZF1408工作面进行了大量的现场实验,包括顶板岩石取芯、顶板窥视、地应力测试、松动圈测试等手段,最终得到煤层巷道围岩的力学参数,围岩结构分布,巷道矿压规律等特征。研究分析了三种不同形式的支护方法,依靠Flac3d数值模拟软件,对每种锚杆支护方案的巷道围岩的塑性区,应力分布和竖直方向上的巷道位移状态做了模拟分析。结合详细的技术经济分析,以此确定最佳的锚杆支护方式。在ZF1410工作面运输顺槽进行支护试验,利用仪器检测巷道顶板与两帮的位移状态,与此同时分析锚杆的受力状况,验证了本次锚杆支护方案的安全性。

The traditional engineering analogy was used when NO.4 seam roadway supporting in Jiangjiahe coal mine. It has great blindness of selecting supporting form and deigning supporting parameters. Unsafe hidden danger of present supporting method was found in production practice. It often has the phenomenon of roof caving in the seam roadway. The lives of coal miners were suffering from serious threaten, it is bad for safety production. Based on the description above, the research of NO.4 seam roadway supporting technology is necessary, in order to ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock and safety production. On the basis of geology geomechanics analysis, roof rock coring、roof peeping、broken rock circle measure, anchor cable force measuring were implemented at haulage gate and rail crossheading of the NO.ZF1408 and NO.ZF1410 coal face. The existing physical and mechanical parameters of Jiangjiahe coal mine were combined, surrounding rock structure and mechanical properties and roadway strata behavior regularity were revealed in the mining roadway from different aspects. Reliable design basis of the support parameters of coal mine roadways was provided by the analysis of field test data in Jiangjiahe coal mine. Different supporting schemes were proposed by analysising plastic zone distribution and stress distribution and vertical displacement of roadway surrounding rock with Flac3d numerical simulation software. Scientific and rational supporting method was determined by technical and economic comparison. It was applied at NO.ZF1410 haulage gate. The supporting method was timely modified by deep basic point displacement monitoring the bed separation of roadway's sides and roof.
