提升和优化高校思想政治理论课评价效果,这是新形势下,对于加强和改进高校思
想政治理论课、充分发挥其对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道作用具有重大的理论
和现实意义。所以,针对当前高校思想政治理论课所面临的新形势,本文旨在围绕着
“高校思想政治理论课程评价“是什么”,“为什么”开展和“怎么样”开展为中心
来分析,主要采用文献研究法、行动研究法、比较研究法和访谈法,试图从逻辑框架
的设计、理论体系的构建、以及章节的布局、实践操作的应用,针对当前高校思想政
治理论课所面临的新形势,对高校思想政治理论课评价进行研究,在总结以往各类测
评实践经验、借鉴吸收国际高等教育评估的新鲜经验基础上,在梳理相关理论的基础
上,通过从理论、视角和方法上试图进行一定程度的创新,以期推进、完善高校思想
政治理论课评价体系的科学化。
鉴于此,本文在论述高校思想政治理论课教学评价概述、表现形式及其基本环节(
第二章)等内容的基础上,积极探讨高校思想政治理论课评价机制的基本原则、方法
及体系建设(第三章),在进行调查与访谈得到第一手资料后,对实施高校思想政治
理论课教学评价的中存在的问题及成因进行深入分析(第四章),之后有针对性的体
现出了高校思想政治理论课教学评价的措施(第五章),试图以“立体化”的方式来
构建校思想政治理论课教学评价方案。
总之,本文通过对高校思想政治理论课评价进行探讨,试图以个案的断面形式来剖
析,以便对深化高校思想政治理论课的课程改革及推进其取得实效具有一定的指导意
义

To improve and optimize the evaluation system of the college ideological and political
theory course is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen and promote the
ideological and political theory course and to fully play its role as a major mean in ideological
and political education of college students in the new situation. In view of the new situation
that the present college ideological and political theory course faces, this paper studies the
subject from three angles, namely, “what is ideological and political theory course
evaluation”, “why should we evaluate the ideological and political theory course”, and “how
to evaluate the ideological and political theory course”. By literature research method, action
research method, comparative research method and interview method, this thesis tries to study
the evaluation system of the college ideological and political education course at present
situation in an all-round way, including the designation of its logical framework, the
construction of its theoretical system, the layout of its contents and the practical operation of
its implementation. Based on the enlightenment of the previous study results and referring to
the new research results of the higher education evaluation home and abroad, the author tries
to review the relevant theories, and make some innovations in theory, perspective and
method, aiming at making the evaluation system of the college ideological and political
education course more scientific.
Therefore, this paper first briefly introduces the evaluation, performance and basic steps
of the college ideological and political education course in chapter 2. On this basis, the author
discusses the fundamental principles, methods and systematic establishment of its evaluation
mechanism in chapter 3. By making investigation and interview in the preparatory phase of
the research, the author gets abundant information, and Chapter 4 is contributed to the deepanalysis of the problems and causes found in this direct data. In Chapter 5, the author
proposes the new measures to improve the evaluation system of he college ideological and
political education course, and attempts to construct a tridimensional and multidimensional
evaluation scheme to it.
In a word, this article tries to probe into the evaluation system of the college ideological
and political education course, and the subject is mainly analyzed on the basis of case study,
hoping to have some guiding significance to the curriculum reform of college ideological and
political theory course.
