随着我国煤炭工业发展的日新月异，煤炭企业生产的装备水平和技术手段均得到了很大改进。在创造巨大经济效益的同时，由于各煤炭企业生产能力的快速提升，导致了矿井内部的采掘接替速度加快，搬家倒面次数增多，设备管理维护工作量变大，特别是大型矿区内各煤炭生产企业，这一问题显得尤为突出。因此研究大型矿区内专业化的煤矿生产服务体系对我国煤炭工业更快、更好发展具有重要意义。 神南矿区是新近发展起来的一个矿区，是我国大型煤炭生产基地之一。本文以神南矿区为例，研究了该矿区内神南产业发展有限公司“大专业化”服务体系的运营方式及突出特点。以设备管理为重点，对神南矿区各煤炭企业之间实现设备集约化管理的模式方法进行了深入透析，提出了“集中管理、专业服务”的全新模式，并对其经济效益进行了论述。实践证明，在大型矿区内建立专业化、社会化的服务体系，不仅可以实现资源的优化组合，为各煤炭企业更好地完成生产提供有力保障，实践表明可以取得很大的经济效益，这将是大型矿区健康发展的必然趋势。这种全新的管理模式，对同行业或其他行业管理具有很好的借鉴意义。

As the coal industry of China changes quickly, both the mining equipment level and technical means of coal production enterprises have been greatly improved. With the enormous economic benefit, it results in the faster excavation replacement, more relocations of mining workface and more equipment maintenance. The problem is especially prominent for every coal production enterprise in big mineral zone. So it has great significance for the faster and better coal industry development of China to study on the professional service system of coalmines production in big mineral zone. Shennan coal Area which recently developed is one of large scale coal base of China. This paper researches the running mode and outstanding characteristics of the highly specialized service system of Shennan industry development co Ltd in Shennan coal Area. Focused on equipment management this paper deeply analyzes the intensive mode among coal enterprises in Shennan coal Area. It presents a new modern equipment management of corporate enterprises, and discusses its economic benefit. The practice shows that this mode can not only optimizes the equipment resources, which ensures the better production, and has created great economic benefits in application practice.
