近年来,可逆变色材料因其具有极为重要的实用价值而受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。本文分别采用溶胶-凝胶法和溶胶-乳化-凝胶法制备了可逆光致变色材料,研究了变色材料的结构、性能和光致变色机理,以及以变色材料为填料制备的环氧变色涂层的综合性能。
以钛酸丁酯为原料,冰乙酸为反应介质,HCl控制pH值使钛酸丁酯水解反应,研究了:无水乙醇、去离子水、钛酸丁酯、冰乙酸用量、pH值等因素对TiO2溶胶粒子的粒径大小的影响;以此为基础,分别采用溶胶-凝胶法和溶胶-乳化-凝胶法制备了TiO2- AgBr变色材料。结果表明:相比溶胶-凝胶法,采用溶胶-乳化-凝胶法制备的TiO2溶胶粒径进一步降低,当CTAB的浓度达到0.137moL/L时,其粒径可由876nm降至354nm。
对两种方法制备的产物TiO2-AgBr进行紫外光光致变色测试,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、综合热分析仪(TG/DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对产物结构进行表征分析,探讨了TiO2-AgBr材料的反应模型和变色机理。研究表明:两种工艺制备的TiO2-AgBr材料均有光致变色性,相对溶胶-凝胶法而言,溶胶-乳化-凝胶法制备的TiO2-AgBr的变色现象和可逆性较为明显,结晶性较好,TG/DSC曲线平缓、失重率低。
以综合性能较优的溶胶-乳化-凝胶TiO2-AgBr为功能填料,制备了环氧变色涂层,结果表明:涂层在紫外光照射下可以实现黄色和卡其色之间的可逆转换;且当w(660A)=30%、w(羟基硅油)=0.8%、w(KH550)=0.3%、w(白炭黑)=1%、w(TiO2-AgBr)=0.5%、w(乙二胺)=15%(均相对于E44质量而言)时,涂层的综合性能最优。

Recently, reversible photochromic material has wide concerntration by researchers at home and abroad because of practical value. In this paper, reversible photochromism materials were prepared by the sol-gel method and sol-emulsion-gel method, and studied the structure, performance and photochromic mechanism. Expoxy photochromatic coating was prepared using photochromic material as functional filler and studied the comprehensive properties.
Hydrolysis reaction occurs in butyl titanate when using acetic acid as reaction medium and HCl to control pH. We studied the influence of particle size of TiO2 sol particles by dosage of anhydrous ethanol, deionized water, butyl titanate, ice acetic acid, pH and other factors. Based on these, TiO2-AgBr chromism materials were prepared by sol-gel method and sol-emulsion-gel method. The results showed that: particle size of TiO2 sol particles using sol-emulsion -gel method decreased from 876nm to 354nm when CTAB concentration was 0.137moL/L.
The photochromic properties of TiO2-AgBr samples were characterized by UV visible absorption spectrometer (Uv-Vis), structure was analyzed through X-ray diffractometer (XRD), infrared spectrum (FT-IR), comprehensive thermal analysis (TG/DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The reaction model and photochromic mechanism of TiO2-AgBr was discussed. The results indicated that: TiO2-AgBr samples by two preparation methods both had photochromic property, the TiO2-AgBr using sol-emulsion-gel preparation method had obvious photochromic phenomenon and reversibility, high crystallinity and lower weight loss rate by TG/DSC.
Expoxy photochromatic coating was prepared through adding TiO2-AgBr with better performance as functional filler. The results showed that: expoxy coating changed color under the UV light, this change had reversibility from yellow to khaki. The performance of coating was excellent when w(660A)=30%, w(hydroxy silicone oil)=0.8%, w(KH550)=0.3%, w(amorphous silica)=1%, w(TiO2-AgBr)=0.5%, w(ethylenediamine)=15% (relative to the quality of E44).
