澄城县位于关中盆地东北部,地形较为复杂,近年来,随着人类工程活动的加剧,地质灾害频繁发生,严重威胁着人类生命财产和安全,制约了当地的经济建设和发展。
本文分析了澄城县的地质灾害类型、规模、发育特征及形成条件等。利用灰色关联分析和分形分维理论,得出澄城县地质灾害系统具有空间分形特征,且分维值为0.89,从而证明了随机选取澄城县地质灾害隐患点个数上排名前4的乡镇的地质灾害影响因子进行关联性分析的结果是可靠的,可以用地形地貌、岩土体类型、年降雨量和人类工程活动强度对澄城县的地质灾害进行分区研究。
根据对澄城县地质灾害分析得到的结果,将主要控制因素(地形地貌、岩土体类型)和影响因素(年降雨量、人类工程活动强度),运用MAPGIS的空间分析功能得出澄城县地质灾害易发性分区;依据该区域自然地质环境条件,选用岩土体类型、断裂分布密度、地面坡度、相对高差、地貌类型、多年平均年降水量、植被覆盖率、人类工程活动八个评估因子建立地质灾害危险性评价的层次结构模型,运用二级模糊综合评判的方法对区域地质灾害危险性进行了评价,将全区划分为地质灾害高危险区、中危险区、低危险区和无危险区四个区。分析的结果与各区的实际灾情是基本吻合的,证明所用方法在地质灾害区划研究中的应用是科学合理的。
澄城县地质灾害的防治措施主要以避让为主,其次为工程治理,同时要注重监测,并与生物治理相结合。

ChengCheng county is located in northeastern guanzhong basin, where terrain is relatively Complicated, In recent years, with the human construction activities intensified, the geological disasters frequent occurred, So human being’s life and wealth are seriously threatened, and local economic construction and development are strongly restricted.
This paper analyses the type, scale, development feature and formation condition of geological disaster in ChengCheng county. and using the grey relational analysis and fractal theory result that the geological disaster system in ChengCheng county have spatial fractal feature and the fractal dimension value is 0.89, which proof that the result of relationship analysis of geological disaster influence factor of the first four township which were arranged by the number of potential geological hazard points being random selected in ChengCheng is reliable, and the regionalization research of geological disaster in ChengCheng can be taken by physiognomy, rock soil mass types, annual rainfall and the intensity of human engineering activity.
According to the result of ChengCheng geological disaster analysis, doing the MAPGIS spatial analysis to the main control factor (physiognomy, rock soil mass types) and influence factor (annual rainfall, the intensity of human engineering activity), result the lability regionalization of geological disaster in ChengCheng.According to the natural geological environmental conditions of this region, selecting eight evaluation factors, which are lithological characters, structure density, degree of slope, relative height difference, morphologic type, rainfall intensity, density of cover and human condition, establishing the hierarchical structure model of geological hazard risk assessment, the two-level model of fuzzy synthesize assessment method is selected to assess the danger of regional geological hazard, the whole region is divided into four stages which are high-risk area, medium-risk area, low-risk area and non-risk area.
The result of analysis is basically tallies with the practical disaster situation which result the method applying in the geological disaster regionalization research is scientific and with reason.
The prevention measures of geological hazard in Chengcheng coutry mainly is preventing collision, then is engineering control with monitoring, combining with biological treatment as well.
