本研究的目的意义:①在人本时代坚持走中国特色自主创新道路,建设创新型国家的新长征中,明确中国高等教育的主题——以学生发展为本,培养创新思维和自主创新型人格,促使学生自己掌握哲学和系统科学方法论与学习方法,增强自主创新意识和实践能力;②通过继承、引进和创新,建构人格教育学新的方法论、研究方式以及具体方法与技术,以便加快发展高等教育和科学技术,推进中国特别是西部民族地区现代化

This Research is intended to ① identify the main theme of the higher education of China in the people-oriented time, i.e. based on development of students, to cultivate their critical-thinking, innovative-thought and creative-personality and facilitate them to have a good command of the methodologies of philosophy and Systems Science and learning methods, thus heightening their ability of independent innovation and practice; ② to construct and conclude new methodologies, research modes and specific methods and techniques to speed up development of personality education and promote therewith the national modernization of China, esp. that of western region via inheritance, introduction and innovation. This Article has herein reached five conclusions: ① natural science is not the only mode of science. Humanities such as the personality education should not stop at the level of individual human creativity, while they should dig in-depths in quest of laws therein; accordingly, objectivity “based on facts and targeting laws and evaluated by practice” should also apply to humanities; ② it is imperative to distinguish humane creative activities and the study on laws of human spiritual creative activities; for the former, humanistic methodology focuses on personal experience/understanding, introspection, intuition, imagination and insight; while the latter still has to fully cover the role of insight and personal understanding and irrational factors without excluding positivistic methods as analysis, generalization, conclusion and induction, and therewith resort to categories and laws to represent research results, as is the key to understand the scientificalness, features and characteristics of disciplines (i.e. combination of objectivity and values) and independent innovation; ③ disciplinary methodology of the national personality education based on Marxist philosophy, traditional Chinese philosophy, modern western philosophy and Systems Science methodology should adopt humanistic methodology as key note and cover values of both science and humanities to seek balance and harmony between science and values; ④ this Methodology can be concluded as “4-theories”, i.e. relativist epistemology, holistic organism theory, comparative methodology and plural comprehensive consciousness in culture and education; ⑤ development trend. Humanities as personality education requires the command of laws of human spiritual activities and the objective truth and reasonableness of the products thereof, and their active role to human development and social advance as well, therefore, its disciplinary methodology will become mature under the guidance of mellow methodologies of philosophy & Systems Science, which harmonizing sciences and values. Innovation points of the Research are as follows: ① herein proposed one of the “4-theories”of the disciplinary methodology, i.e. the Perspective of Plural Comprehensive Consciousness in Culture and Education, which is deepened and specified in the “4-multi” integration methodology, i.e. multi-disciplinary comprehensive research, multi-culture/multi-epoch vertical & horizontal comparative research, multi-variant/multi-index statistic analysis and quantitative research, multi-school/multi-view literatures research, multi-channel investigation in combination with qualitative & quantitative research, the last one of which can highlight the “4-multi” integration methodology most; ② in the aspect of teaching content innovation, taking moral education course design oriented for students’ development and a new proposition of subjective moral education --- course design oriented for students’ development and a new proposition of subjective moral education --- the Notion of Composite Force of Truth and Personality and a new mode for creative personality cultivation mode (Building mode) thereupon. It is also proposed that the key for innovation in ethnic higher learning institutions be developing vigorously the education of moral and ideological qualities based on creative personality education with the notion of composite force of truth as pillars, ideal & belief education as its core and national unity & patriotism education as keynote.
