21世纪综合国力的竞争，归根到底是人才的竞争，特别是生产第一线的技能人才的竞争。在这种新形势下，如何顺应时代的发展，培养出具有良好职业道德素质的技能人才，是中等职业学校需要考虑和解决的现实问题。然而，长期以来，中等职业学校学生的职业道德教育尚未引起教育界的足够重视，几乎是中等职业教育领域内的“真空地带”。 本文正是在这样一种背景下，对我国中等职业学校学生职业道德教育的现状、问题与对策进行了研究。论文从以下几个方面进行了详实论述：首先从分析研究方向的背景及其意义、国内外研究现状等入手，明确了研究思路和研究方法；其次，对职业道德和职业道德教育的概念进行了界定，同时对中等职业学校学生职业道德教育的内容、特点及必要性进行了论述；第三，以陕西省五所中等职业学校为主，对中等职业学校学生职业道德教育的现状进行了调查分析，概括出了当前我国中等职业学校学生职业道德教育取得的进步和存在的问题；最后，在对中等职业学校学生职业道德教育状况进行分析的基础上，提出在中等职业学校学生职业道德教育实施的过程中，应明确的目标和遵循的原则；从而进一步提出了促进中等职业学校学生职业道德的具体对策。 笔者主要运用文献分析法、例证分析法和访谈法等，借助资料查阅、问卷调查、与 学生座谈及与其他教师的交流等途径，从多角度对中等职业学校学生的职业道德教育进行较为系统的考察，在此基础上构建了我国中等职业学校学生职业道德教育的系统框架，即从教育目标、观念、原则等宏观层次，与内容、途径、方法等微观层次，提出了一套适合我国中等职业学校学生职业道德教育的实施方略，以供后续研究者开展进一步的研究工作，为中等职业学校学生的职业道德教育提供指导。

In the 21st century, the competition of comprehensive national strength is the competition for talents, especially the competition for skilled talents in the first production line .In this new situation, how to conform the development of times ,Bringing up skilled talents with good professional ethics is the practical problems that secondary vocational school is to consider and resolve. However, the education of professional ethics among secondary vocational school students is an essential part of their education for many years ,and it has not been given the due attention by the education community, remaining almost an untouched sector in secondary vocational education field. The thesis deals with the professional ethics education in secondary vocational school about its present situation, problems and the relevant solutions. First, clearing research ideas and methods of the thesis from the analysis of the background and significance of research .secondly,defining the concept of professional ethics and professional ethics education ,discussing professional ethics content, features and the necessity of it in in secondary vocational school education . Thirdly, by five main secondary vocational schools in Shaanxi Province, investigating and analyzing the current situation of students professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools, Summarizes progress and problems of our current students professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools . At last, based on the analysis of students professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools,clears objectives and the principles in the process of students professional ethics education in secondary vocational school, and raises specific countermeasures of promoting students professional ethics in secondary vocational school. Based on this background, the thesis is manly studying about professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools. The writer makes a systematic investigation about professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools from different points by analysing documents and examples ,talking with students, consulting datas, making surveys, communicating with colleagues,then constructs a frame of professional ethics education in secondary vocational schools raised a set of a general plan which can be carried out well from educational goals, educational sense and educational principles which are macroscopic systems,from contents ways and measures which are microcosmic.All these can be a useful instance for the later investigators and provide a good guide for moral education in secondary vocational schools.
