本文以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，立足于当代中国经济社会发展的实际，着眼于世界经济一体化这一国际大背景，解放思想，实事求是，与时俱进。从方法论的角度对中国传统文化道家思想的代表作《老子》进行了深入的发掘和研究，并从理论上和实践上对其中蕴含的领导艺术进行了论证分析。 随着时代的进步，社会的发展，东西方文化的相互交融，领导艺术作为领导者必须具备的最高行为艺术之一，受到大家积极的学习和探索。中国作为21世纪世界最大的消费市场，在不断引进西方先进领导理论的同时，还要努力构建适应中国文化和社会主义经济特色的理论体系。这是每一个社会主义建设者义不容辞的责任和义务。《老子》历来被大多数学者作为治邦之术或统治之术进行研究，蕴含着丰富的领导智慧，其“无为而治”的哲学思想被中外学者誉为领导艺术的最高境界。然而，任何一种理论都有其局限性和时代性。我们既不能全盘西化，也不能全盘中化，必须“去其糟粕，取其精华，古为今用，洋为中用”。因此，研究《老子》的领导艺术对于提高现代领导者的管理水平有着重要的启示意义。 笔者在细细研读《老子》原文的基础上，对国内外学者的研究成果作了较为系统的分析、梳理和整合，并对有些观点给予新的诠释，注入了其时代性精神，以“道法自然”为理论基础构建了本文的逻辑体系。作者首先从对老子哲学思想的主线索“道”的解读入手，把塑造领导主体具备完美的“道”的品格，作为领导艺术的基础部分。其次，将“无为而治”的领导方法作为领导艺术的核心。最后，笔者按领导主体的道德层次不同，把领导艺术分为四个境界完成了全文，架构了完整的《老子》领导艺术体系，实现了对其领导艺术的初步探讨。 本文在写作过程中，从理论与实际相结合的角度，运用了定义、推理、引用、分析、综合、论证及从抽象到具体的研究方法。

This is our bounden duty for each socialist constructer. “Lao Ztu”, the classical work in Chinese traditional culture, and which contains rich experiences of leadership, has been studied as a kind of?kingcraft or domination by most scholars in?history. However,as the coin has two sides, any theory has its limitations.We can neither be fully westernized nor rather conservative .We should choose the essential things ,abandon the dregs, make the past serve the present, and make foreign things serve China.? Therefore, it is a very real work to study modern leadership skill of “Lao Ztu”. On the basis of the comparative analysis between the domestic and foreign scholar’s?research results, the author gives a demonstration for leadership skill contained in “Lao Ztu” from Theory and Practice.Firstly, beginning with reading “Taoism”which is the soul of “Lao Ztu”,?the author completes the basic proof of leadership skill through molding leadership’s main body “Taoism”. Secondly, the leadership’s main body is proved by “govern by non-interference” which is the core of the leadership skill.Finally, according different leadership skill level of differrent leaders, the author divides it into four boundaries to complete the full text, construct the entire leadership skill system of“Lao Ztu”,and realize the preliminary discussion about its leadership skill. In the whole text, from the angle of integrate theory with practice,the author has utilized all kinds of research techniques ,such as the definition, the inference, the quotation, the analysis, the synthesis, the proof and from abstracts to the concrete to sustain an argument.?
