共享经济和制造业融合促进了共享制造这一全新的生产形态和生产模式的发展。共享制造在催生制造业运作模式变革的同时,也给生产运营管理理论和方法带来了新的机遇与挑战。就质量管理方面而言,产品质量水平较差、质量改进难度较高、质量管理水平不足等问题尤为突出,特别是考虑到消费者通常对共享产品的质量敏感,如果处理不当,甚至会对行业构成了强烈的挑战。本文基于演化博弈模型,从提高共享制造产品质量水平、降低质量改进难度的角度出发,在对共享制造多主体博弈关系进行梳理,明晰共享制造供应方、共享制造需求方、共享平台这三个主要参与主体所存在的质量问题,并以此为问题导向构建质量协同机制,探究共享制造质量提升新路径。

首先,本文从共享制造供给方这一视角出发,以共享制造质量投入模式可持续性较差为问题导向,考虑参与者主观情绪对质量决策的影响,将等级依赖期望效用理论(RDEU)与博弈论相结合,构建了共享制造供应链和共享平台共同参与的演化博弈模型,探索有限理性条件下共享制造质量协同提升的微观作用机理,分析系统均衡及决策者情绪变化对系统演化稳定策略的影响。最后,提出相应的对策建议为共享制造质量协同机制的构建提供决策参考。

其次,本文从共享制造需求方这一视角出发,考虑共享制造作为新兴制造模式,仅靠供给方单方面的质量投入难以确保共享制造产品和服务质量的持续提升这一现实问题,将前景理论、心理账户理论与博弈论相结合,构建共享制造供给方和共享制造需求方共同参与的演化博弈模型,并在质量决策模型中引入成本收益摊配机制,探究共享制造需求方的成本收益摊配策略对供应方质量决策的影响机理,分析各博弈主体动态演化规律。最后,提出相应的对策建议为共享制造质量协同机制的构建提供决策参考。

最后,本文从共享平台这一视角出发,考虑共享平台监管策略对共享活动的外生影响,以供应方、需求方、共享平台作为三方博弈主体,构建基于前景理论和心理账户理论的演化博弈模型,并在质量决策模型中引入动态奖惩机制,从行为的“成本-收益”视角分析各博弈主体动态演化规律,研究共享平台奖惩机制对质量协同的影响,并运用Matlab仿真分析关键要素对系统演化的影响。最后,提出相应的对策建议从而为质量协同机制的构建提供决策参考。

本文在对上述三个演化博弈模型分析结果整理汇总的基础上,分别从共享制造供给方、共享制造需求方、共享平台的角度出发,为共享制造质量协同改进提供对策建议,助力共享制造质量水平的稳步提升。

The integration of sharing economy and manufacturing industry has promoted the development of shared manufacturing as a new production form and production model. While giving rise to changes in the operation mode of manufacturing industry, shared manufacturing also brings new opportunities and challenges to theories and methods of production operation management. As far as quality management is concerned, poor product quality level, high difficulty in quality improvement, and insufficient quality management level are particularly prominent, especially considering that consumers are usually sensitive to the quality of shared products, which can even pose a strong challenge to the industry if not handled properly. Based on the evolutionary game model, this paper compares the game relationship among multiple actors in shared manufacturing from the perspective of improving the quality of shared manufacturing products and reducing the difficulty of quality improvement, clarifies the quality problems of three main actors, namely, the shared manufacturing supplier, the shared manufacturing demander, and the shared platform, and builds a quality collaboration mechanism with this problem-oriented approach to explore a new path of quality improvement in shared manufacturing.

First, from the perspective of the supply side of shared manufacturing, this paper takes the poor sustainability of the shared manufacturing quality input model as the problem-oriented approach, considers the influence of participants' subjective emotions on quality decisions, combines the theory of rank-dependent expected utility (RDEU) with game theory, and constructs an evolutionary game model in which the shared manufacturing supply chain and the shared platform jointly participate to explore the micro-action mechanism of shared manufacturing quality synergy under the condition of limited rationality. The microscopic mechanism of shared manufacturing quality collaboration under finite rationality is explored, and the influence of system equilibrium and changes in decision maker's emotion on system evolutionary stabilization strategy is analyzed. Finally, we propose corresponding countermeasures for the construction of shared manufacturing quality collaboration mechanism.

Second, from the perspective of the demand side of shared manufacturing, this paper considers the reality that shared manufacturing is an emerging manufacturing model and it is difficult to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of shared manufacturing products and services by unilateral quality input from the supply side alone, and combines prospect theory, psychological account theory and game theory to build an evolutionary game model with the joint participation of the supply side of shared manufacturing and the demand side of shared manufacturing, and introduces a cost-benefit amortization mechanism in the quality decision model. In the model, a cost-benefit allocation mechanism is introduced to explore the mechanism of the cost-benefit allocation strategy of the demand side of shared manufacturing on the quality decision of the supply side, and analyze the dynamic evolution law of each game subject. Finally, we propose corresponding countermeasures for the construction of shared manufacturing quality collaboration mechanism.

Finally, from the perspective of the sharing platform, this paper considers the exogenous influence of the regulatory strategy of the sharing platform on the sharing activities, takes the supply side, the demand side and the sharing platform as the three game subjects, builds an evolutionary game model based on the prospect theory and the psychological account theory, and introduces a dynamic reward and punishment mechanism in the quality decision making model, and analyzes each game subject from the perspective of the "cost-benefit" behavior. The dynamic reward and punishment mechanism is introduced into the quality decision model, and the dynamic evolution law of each game subject is analyzed from the perspective of "cost-benefit" of behavior, and the influence of the reward and punishment mechanism of the shared platform on the quality synergy is studied, and the influence of key elements on the system evolution is analyzed by using Matlab simulation. Finally, corresponding countermeasure suggestions are put forward thus providing decision reference for the construction of quality synergy mechanism.

Based on the results of the above three evolutionary game models, this paper provides countermeasure suggestions for the improvement of shared manufacturing quality collaboration from the perspectives of shared manufacturing supply side, shared manufacturing demand side and shared platform respectively, and helps to steadily improve the quality level of shared manufacturing.
