近年来我国城市污水处理率逐渐提高,伴随而来的污泥问题日益严重。为实现生态环境效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一,将污水厂污泥作为土地利用的方式处置是实现污泥“减量化、无害化、资源化”的明智选择。
污泥中含有大量污染物,使得利用存在一定的安全问题,这是优化研究的课题。本文正是针对污泥土地利用过程可能存在的二次污染问题,以洛阳市城市污水处理厂污泥作为研究对象,对洛阳市污水污泥的理化性质及其重金属等污染物含量进行分析,结合城镇污泥土地利用的相关标准以及洛阳市土壤环境容量,研究了洛阳市9家污水处理厂污泥的最佳土地处置途径。结果表明:洛阳市9家污水处理厂污泥含有丰富的N、P及有机质,具备了土地利用的基本条件;经测定洛阳市城市污泥重金属含量差异很大,但基本都达到了排放标准;重金属的各种形态含量影响其土地利用风险,洛阳城市污泥中重金属形态以残渣态和有机结合态为主,适量的污泥施用,对洛阳市土壤造成的重金属风险较小。
污泥土地利用不仅与污泥本身的性质有关,更与要施用的土壤情况密切相关,土壤重金属环境容量对污泥的土地利用具有非常重要的指导意义。本文结合洛阳市土壤重金属环境动态容量与洛阳市土壤重金属背景值,计算了各污水厂污泥土地最高施用量。文章同时对污泥土地利用处置进行了市场分析和经济效益分析,表明城市污泥在土地利用方面的前景广阔。

The disposal of sewage sludge has become a problem since the urban sewage treatment has been improved in recent years. Using sweage sludge as a soil fertilizer is a sensible way to realize the unification of being ecological, economic and social benefits.
There is environmental security risk of using sludge in land applicationr because of the contaminants contained in sludge, this is a optimization subject. For the secondary pollution may caused by sludge in land application, we tested and laboratory analyzed the physical and chemical properties of sludge from 9 sewage treatment plants in Luoyang city. According to the disposal of sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Quality of Sludge Used for Land Application, we optimized the disposal ways of sludge for each sewage treatment plant with the content and speciation analysis results of different contaminants in the sludge studied in this thesis, The results showed that sludge from the 9 sewage treatment plants are all rich in N, P, and organic matters, which would provide numerous nutritions in the land application. There are great differences of heavy metal contents in sludge from different sewage treatment plants. The distribution of different forms of different heavy metals varied , most of which are residual forms and organic forms and would cause relatively less ecological risk in land application.
The pratical use of sludge in land application concerns not only the properties of sludge but also the condition of the land which sludge would apply to. Soil dynamic environmental capacity can be a guidance for it. By analyzing the soil dynamic environmental capacity and the background levels of heavy metals in soil of Luoyang city, the optimum amount of sludge which would apply to land were calculated in this thesis. The market and economic analysis of sludge used in land application also indicate that land application of sewage sludge has a promising future.
