我国的高速铁路目前还处在初步发展阶段,有许多关键技术亟待研究解决。水泥沥青砂浆(即CA砂浆)是高速铁路中的关键技术,我们以往通过引进技术,购买国外产品,但关键领域的核心技术是买不来的,不具备强大的自主创新能力,很难在国际竞争中把握机遇,甚至可能丧失发展的主动权。幸运的是,我国有许多研究人员正在进行大量的研究,但所研究的产品离要求有很大的差距。不解决好CA砂浆垫层,将制约我国高速铁路的发展。 本文就是在上述背景下开展研究。笔者在翻阅大量的文献资料后,在前人的研究基础上,对各研究结论进行甄别比较后,通过对机理的分析和试验选择CA砂浆组分;同时,利用正交试验方法初步确定可行的配合比。然后考察各组配比的主要性能指标,对配比进行微调,最终确定最佳配比。试验表明,本文中所研究出的CA砂浆完全能满足高速铁路的需要,可以用于高速铁路弹性垫层。在研究砂浆物理力学性能的同时,得出了一些合理的结论,主要结论如下: (1) 选用国产原材料可以配置出高性能的CA砂浆; (2) 以最优配合比配置的CA砂浆满足各项性能指标要求; (3) 施工工艺对CA砂浆性能的发挥起着重要作用; (4) CA砂浆在低(-15℃)、高温(40℃)条件下能稳定工作。

Nowadays our high-speed rail is still in its initial stages of development, many of the key technologies need to be studied and resolved. Cement asphalt mortar (namely CA mortar) is the key technology of the high-speed rail, we resolved it by importing foreign technology and buying foreign products, but it is impossible to buy the hard-core technologies in the pivotal field. If we don’t possess the capacity of mighty independent innovation, it is difficult for us to grasp the opportunities in international competition and even lose the initiative in development. Fortunately, now many researchers are doing a lot of study, nevertheless there is a big gap between our product and the desire. It will restrict the development of our high-speed rail not to solve the CA mortar cushion. Under this condition, this paper is done in order to solve this problem .Penman has thumbed plentiful literature and information. On the basis of the former researchers I compare and analyze these conclusions and select the components of the CA mortar through the mechanism analysis and plentiful experiments. Furthermore, the orthogonal experiments are used to ascertain the primary feasible concert ratio. Then checking the primary performance index of every proportion and accordingly adjusting these concert ratios slightly, finally the first-rank proportionment is confirmed. The experiments show the CA mortar in this paper can meet the needs of the high-speed rail completely and be used in the elastic cushion. When we study the physical and mechanical performance, some reasonable conclusions are drawn. The main coclusions are listed as follows: (1) The high-powered CA mortar can be produced by using homemade raw materials; (2) The CA mortar produced with the optimal propotionment can meet all the indexes of performances; (3) The technology of construction plays an important role in the performances’s exertion of CA mortar; (4) The CA mortar can work stably under low(-15℃) and high temperature(40℃).
