长距离管道输送(简称长输管道)是线性构筑物,油气长输管道即不但连续输送距离长,而且具有特殊的安全要求。油气长输管道作为一种连续快速的油气输送方式近年来在我国快速发展,长输管道敷设通过矿区已开采沉陷区和未开采区已经成为长输管道必须研究解决的重要难题之一,论文针对未开采区已经敷设管道条件下,开采引起地表移动变形破坏对管道影响进行评价研究。
在分析采动地表沉陷盆地特征和地表移动变形基本规律的基础上,将地表移动变形损坏形式划分为地表连续移动变形、非连续移动变形和随机移动变形破坏三种类型,结合油气长输管道线性构筑物受力力学特性和采动影响下地表变形基本特征,借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,给出了地表下沉量与沉陷区管道相对关系,地表移动变形过程管道受力分析和管道最大下沉量计算方法。
在分析影响地表移动变形主要因素及长输管道力学特征的基础上,结合沉陷区灾害发生机理,建立了煤矿沉陷区油气长输管道安全评价指标体系,构建了评价管道安全可靠性的模糊综合评价模型和管道安全评判指标,结合陕京管道工程实例,运用模糊综合评价模型,结合沉陷区管道受力和最大下沉量计算结果对比检验,确定管道的安全等级。

The pipeline transport in long distance (hereinafter referred to as long-distance pipeline) is a linear structures, such as the oil-gas long-distance pipeline, and it not only continuously conveys oil and gas with long distance, but also has the special safety requirements. In recent years, the petroleum long-distance pipeline is having much rapid development as a way of oil-gas convey with rapidly and continuously. And it is one of the most important issues that we must solve right now that laying the long-distance pipeline through the mining subsidence area and the virgin zone. This paper that aims at the virgin zone laying the long-distance pipeline, researches the evaluation effect on the pipeline that the surface movement and deformation caused by the mining.
On the basic of the analysis of the characteristics of the mining surface subsidence basin and the basic rule of the surface movement and deformation, we will divide the damaged forms of the surface movement and deformation into persistent, non-persistent and stochastic. And we will combine the mechanical character of the oil-gas long-distance pipeline’s linear structures and the surface deformation under the influence of the mining. Then on the basic of the existing research findings, we will provide the relative relation of the surface subsidence length and the pipeline in the subsidence areas, and the method that the force analysis when the pipeline can stand the most sink and the most sink length of the pipeline.
On the basic of the main element which effects the surface movement and deformation and the mechanical characteristics of the long-distance pipeline, combining the reason which the disaster happens in the subsidence area, we set up the safety evaluation index system which is used in the oil-gas long-distance pipeline in the mining subsidence area, and build the comprehensive fuzzy appraisal model which is used to evaluate the pipeline’s safe reliability and the safety evaluation index. Then, we combine the pipeline engineering of the Shanxi-Beijing, which is a practical example. And we use the comprehensive fuzzy appraisal model to confirm the safety degree of the pipeline, combining the comparison of results inspection which is caused by the pipeline stress in the subsidence area and the most sink length.
