由于煤炭开采技术的发展以及机械化程度不断提高的要求,巷道断面尺寸越来越大。目前,矩形软弱破碎煤层大跨度煤巷支护问题仍然突出,可借鉴的成熟技术有限。因此,探索此类条件下巷道围岩变形及失稳规律,研究经济合理的支护控制对策,建立稳定可靠的支护体系,改善巷道围岩的受力具有深远的重大意义。 本文针对黄陵二号煤矿107综采工作面开切眼大跨度破碎软煤巷锚杆+网+锚索梁联合支护难题,采用现场调查、理论分析和数值计算相结合的手段开展研究。文中利用不同理论分析了大断面巷道顶板稳定状况,利用“自稳隐形拱理论”计算划分巷道稳定岩体范围和高度,确定帮锚杆和顶锚杆几何参数,以极限自稳隐形拱高度确定锚索长度参数。将巷道锚杆网梁支护设计为桁架承托结构,锚网支护布置按照围岩变形破坏的特点,采用差异化强度设计原则进行布置参数确定。通过数值模拟开挖过程,分析各工序围岩应力情况,得出巷道围岩位移变化及其应力分布规律,初步掌握了巷道破坏、变形演化过程。在大断面模拟开挖中得出掘进施工中采用导硐施工参数。 该理论方案不但解决了黄陵二号煤矿同等条件下的锚杆+网+锚索梁的支护问题,也为大跨度巷道支护提供了一种简单有效的设计方法。

As the development of coal mining technology and the requirements of mechanization, the size of the roadway is becoming bigger and bigger. At present, the problem of the large span coal roadway supporting in the rectangular soft and broken coal seam is still outstanding, and the mature technology can be used for reference. Therefore, to explore the deformation and instability of surrounding rock under the condition of this kind of condition, to study the economic reasonable support control measures, to establish a stable and reliable support system and to improve the stress of roadway surrounding rock has profound significance. According to "bolt+network+anchor" combined support problem of the 107 fully mechanized working face of coal mine in Huangling No.2 cut large span broken roadway, through to combinate field investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical calculation initiate research. In this paper, the stability of large span roadway is analyzed by using different theory. Use self stable contact arch theory to calculate and divide the range and height of stable rock, to determine the geometric parameters of rock bolt and roof bolt.Use self stable contact arch theory to determine the length of anchor cable.The tunnel anchor net beam supporting design for truss supporting structure. Anchor net support arrangement in accordance with the characteristics of deformation and failure of surrounding rock to determine the layout parameters by the principle of differential strength design.Through excavation process of numerical simulation, analysis of the surrounding rock stress situation, and come out the change of surrounding rock displacement and its stress distribution law. Initially master the roadway destruction and evolution process of deformation. In the excavation of large cross section, the construction parameters are obtained by using pilot tunnel construction. The theoretical scheme not only solves problem of "bolt + Network + anchor" supporting under the same conditions in the Huangling No.2 coal mine, but also provides a simple and effective design method for large span roadway.
