摘 要 新疆东戈壁钼矿是新疆查明的第一个特大型斑岩型钼矿床。通过本文的研究,可以充分了解新疆东戈壁钼矿床的地质特征、水工环开采技术条件,以及矿山开采对周围环境的影响和经济评价,为今后的矿山生产作业提供可靠的第一手资料,以保证矿山生产的安全性及经济性。同时,在满足采矿工作环境更为合理、环保的前提下,做好该区钼矿开采的指导工作。 本文以新疆东戈壁钼矿为研究对象,结合相关现场资料以及相关文献,运用构造地质学、矿床学的理论和方法对东戈壁钼矿矿床产出的区域地质、矿体赋存状态、矿石特征、地质特征进行了分析研究;以及结合水文地质学、工程地质学、环境地质学的理论和方法,对地表水和地下水文特征、矿床充水、矿区岩组特征、矿体及围岩工程地质特征、构造带工程地质特征、环境地质等因素的进行分析,评价矿区的水、工、环地质条件。并拟矿山建设,运用了矿床经济学的理论和方法,进行新疆东戈壁钼矿经济评价。结合大量数据与表格分析了项目的成本与费用、利润及利润分配,盈利能力、财务生存能力、资产负债能力、项目偿债能力、不确定性分析等经济指标。 通过一系列分析研究,得出以下主要结论:新疆哈密市东戈壁钼矿矿体埋藏浅、品位高、厚度大,呈似层状-透镜状,近水平产出,适合进行大规模机械化露天开采;水文地质条件简单;矿床大部分地段不易发生矿山工程地质问题;矿区地震烈度为V度区,有沙尘暴,无放射性,无其他不良地质灾害,矿区地质环境质量中等。工程的排污及环境影响可以控制在当地环境功能允许的范围内。项目的经济效益较好,财务可持续性好,资产负债率逐年下降快、资产变现能力强、清偿能力强,偿还条件可以实现,盈亏平衡点较低,有较强的抗风险性,财务上可行。

ABSTRACT Xinjiang East Gobi molybdenum ore is the biggest porphyry molybdenum deposit of Xinjiang Province. Through the study of this paper, the geological characteristics, engineering geology, hydrogeology and environmental geology of Xinjiang East Gobi Molybdenum ore and the impact of mining on environment will be fully understood, which provides reliable firsthand information of future mine production to ensure the safety and economy of mine production, and besides, provides guidance for mining of molybdenum minerals in this region under the premise of meeting the requirement of reasonable mining environment and environmental protection. This paper, with Xinjiang East Gobi Molybdenum ore as the research object and combining with field data and related literature, uses the theories and methods of structural geology and petrology, geochemistry to analyze and study the regional geology, ore body occurrence, ore characteristics and geological characteristics of output; combines the theories and methods of hydrogeology, engineering geology, environmental geology to analyze hydrology of surface and underground water, water filling deposit, mining petrofabric, engineering geological characteristics of ore bodies and surrounding rock, engineering geological characteristics of tectonic belt and environmental factors and evaluate the water, labor and geological condition of the mine; analyze the hydrology, engineering geology and environmental change and its impact on mining area in the process of mining and put forward prevention and control measures. The economic evaluation of the East Gobi molybdenum mine is carried out based on the The theory and method of Mineral resource economics jointly Combed with various data and forms, all the aspects related to the economic evaluation are analysed, including the costs and expenses, profit and profit distribution, profitability, financial viability and balance ability, project solvency, uncertainty, etc. Through a series of analysis and research, it is concluded that Xinjiang East Gobi Molybdenum ore is characterized by shallow bury, high grade and thick layer and nearly level put, suitable for large-scale open-pit mining. Most minerals are located below the base level of erosion and hydrogeological conditions is simple; rock type of mine is single, involving half hard rock and hard rock; geological structure is simple and rock weathering on the surface is strong and there is weak intercalation existing in local area, which will have local impact on the mining of ore mine and engineering geological problems do not easily occur in the location; earthquake intensity of mining area is V grade, there are sandstorm, and no radio activism and other bad geological disasters; the geological environment quality of mine is medium; the engineering sewage and environmental impact is within the scope of control in local environment. The statistical results show that the project has a good economic benefits, good financial sustainability, fast declining asset-liability ratio, strong asset liquidity, strong solvency which indicates the repayment terms can be achieved, low breakeven point and strong anti-risk ablility, which inidates that the project is financially viable.
