毋庸置疑,管道运输是石油天然气最经济、最合理的运输方式,但管道安全问题由来已久。对于一项庞大的长输管道工程, 从工程设计到施工, 再到运营, 每个阶段都会产生大量的数据,使用传统纸质资料的管理方式已经远远满足不了当前管道管理的需要,数据很难得到共享和有效分析利用,造成数据使用效率低。针对这一问题,内业专家提出对管道进行完整性管理,是目前解决管道运营中安全问题可采用的一种较好的方法。 管道完整性管理是一个以管道安全为目标并持续改进的系统管理体系,其内容涉及管道设计、施工、运行、管理、到退役等全过程。数据管理是实施管道完整性管理循环的第一个步骤,也是最为关键的一个步骤,其数据的完整性制约着管道完整性管理过程中后续的HCA分析、完整性分析、评价工作结果的准确性。由于管道完整性管理要处理大量的数据,尤其是空间数据,最佳的方法就是利用地理信息系统作为平台。 本文所研究的课题就是基于APDM模型,对管道完整性数据库进行研究。主要包括完整性数据库设计、数据需求分析、数据采集、数据入库以及简单介绍后期数据维护等几方面内容。本论文是以西安煤航“中石油管道数据恢复PIS”为项目背景,根据中石油管道的现实情况,重点在于石油管道数据分析、采集以及入库上。 由于管道完整性数据库是以APDM模型为基础,因此本文首先先对APDM数据模型的结构以及原理进行简单的介绍。其次分析了要管理海量的管道数据,应根据中国管道的特点定制出符合完整性管理需求的结构合理的数据模型,这个模型涵盖了包括管道中心线和管道设施及周边公共设施、地理环境的所有内容及逻辑关系。然后进行数据需求分析、数据采集以及数据入库重点介绍。 最后概括对已经入库的管道完整性数据的后期维护进行描述。并根据基于APDM管道模型和管道管理的实际需求,利用GIS技术,将传统的管道资料与空间信息结合起来,实现了管道空间位置和管道设施逻辑关系的管理,通过建立灵活的规则机制,使管道新建、改建、维护时,自动按照APDM模型要求进行数据联动处理,使管道完整性数据始终符合保持完整、关联。

Undoubtedly, oil and natural gas pipeline transportation is the most economical, the most reasonable mode of transportation, but pipeline security is a deep-rooted problem. For a huge long-distance pipeline engineering, from engineering design to construction, to operations, each stage will produce large amounts of data, the use of traditional paper material management way already far can't satisfy the current pipeline management needs, data can be hard to get sharing and effective analysis using, cause data using low efficiency. To solve this problem, experts in the industry suggest pipeline integrity management, is a kind of good method to solve pipeline operation safety problems at the present. Pipeline Integrity Management is a pipeline safety objectives and continuous improvement of management system, which covering pipeline design, construction, operation, management, and decommissioning. Data management is the first step of the implementation of pipeline integrity management cycle, and, is the most critical step. In the pipeline integrity management process, the integrity of the pipeline is constraints in the HCA analysis, integrity analysis, evaluation and analysis accuracy. The pipeline integrity management to deal with a large amount of data, especially spatial data, the best method is to use the geographic information system as the platform. This project studies the database of pipeline integrity based on the APDM model, including integrity database design, data needs analysis, data acquisition, data storage and simple introduction about later data maintenance aspects of content. This thesis uses the PIS of Xi’An MeiHang as the project background. The key of the thesis is the oil pipeline data analysis, acquisition and storage according to the reality of the situation. Because the pipeline integrity database is based on APDM model, this article first simple introduces the structure and principles of APDM data model. Secondly, this paper analysis massive pipeline data, and establish the data model of Pipeline Integrity according the characteristics of China's pipeline. This model covers pipeline centerline, pipeline facilities, around public facilities, geographical environment and in all content and logic. Then this paper emphatically introduces the data needs analysis, data acquisition and data inventory. Finally, this paper summarized to have of put in storage pipeline integrity of data described later period maintenance. Using GIS technology to combine the traditional pipeline data with spatial information in accordance with APDM pipe model and the actual pipeline needs, and realize the management of the spatial location of the pipeline and logical relations of pipeline facilities. By establishing flexible regulatory mechanisms, it can be automatic linkage Processing according with APDM Pipe Model in creating, altering, maintain pipeline, ensuring the integrity data consistent with integrity and relation.
