在市场经济条件下,创名牌、追求卓越绩效是企业实现发展战略的必由之路。那么,如何证明企业创名牌的效果?如何对创名牌企业的绩效水平进行评价?如何通过评价促进企业不断提升、追求卓越等问题是学者和企业界最为关注的。因此,构建名牌企业绩效评价指标体系,应用系统化、科学化的评价模式对企业获得的卓越绩效水平进行评价具有重要的作用和意义。 本文以陕西省创名牌产品企业为研究对象,对目前的评价标准、方法进行分析研究,借鉴卓越绩效评价模式构建创名牌企业绩效评价指标体系模型,以产品质量、质量管理、市场占有、顾客满意为核心,针对企业经营管理的领导、战略、顾客和市场、资源、过程管理、测量分析和改进、经营结果七个方面建立指标评价体系,并运用层次分析法进行分析、推算,赋予了权值,确定其各评分项指标的分值。同时参照《卓越绩效价准则》的评分方法,对评价指标体系模型进行实证分析,表明了评价结果的科学性、公正性、客观性。 论文的研究有助于企业在创名牌过程中,不断开展自我评价、自我改进并逐步超越,达到产品质量水平高和企业经营绩效领先的目的,以实现企业品牌发展战略目标。同时,为陕西省名牌产品评价和认定以及质量奖评价提供参考。

Under the market economy condition, the name brand, the pursuit of excellence performance is the only realize development strategy for enterprises. So, how to proof the effect of pursuiting brand? How to create famous brand to evaluate the performance level? How to promote enterprise rising by evaluation, the pursuit of excellence, which is the problem the most scholar and businesses pay attention to. Accordingly, build brand enterprise performance evaluation index system, systematic and scientific applications for enterprise to obtain evaluation mode to evaluate the performance excellence level plays an important role and significance. This paper takes creating famous-brand product enterprise in Shan Xi province as the research object, this current evaluation standard, method to analyze and research excellence performance evaluation model construction reference for creating famous brand enterprise performance evaluation index system model and product quality, quality management, market, customer satisfaction as the core, in view of the enterprise management leadership, strategic, customer and market, resources, process management, measurement analysis and improvement, seven aspects by fruit established business evaluation index system, and by using ahp analysis and calculation, endowed with weights, determine the score with each score indexes. While referring to the price of remarkable performance criteria, grading methods of evaluation index system model, the empirical analysis shows that the evaluation results of science, impartiality, objectivity. My research helps enterprises in the process of creating famous brand, develop continuously self-evaluation and self-improvement and gradually beyond, reach the level of product quality high and enterprise management performance leading purpose, in order to realize enterprise brand development strategic objectives. Meanwhile, in Shan Xi province famous-brand products evaluation and identification of quality evaluation to provide the reference.
