随着我国对外贸易次数增加,国际之间市场竞争逐渐加剧,大量的物流企业纷纷进驻中国,对国内的物流行业造成剧烈的冲击。在这种国际化背景下,物流企业要想稳固自己的市场地位,仅仅依靠经济实力与技术水平是不够的,只有正确认识人力资源以及人力资源管理的重要性,树立以人为本的理念,制定人才发展的长期战略才是企业提升竞争力的法宝。目前A物流公司的人力资源管理活动缺乏先进理论的指导,人力资源管理流程也存在许多问题,迫切需要对人力资源管理流程进行再造以实现系统性和科学性,才能更好地匹配公司发展战略。 论文以A物流公司为研究对象,结合业务流程再造和人力资源管理两大领域的理论进行实践研究,基于公司现有人力资源管理流程的问题诊断,提出了A物流公司人力资源管理流程再造方案,完善人力资管理工作。首先介绍人力资源以及流程再造的相关概念以及理论;其次对A物流公司的人力资源管理流程进行现状分析,分析A物流公司人力资源管理各业务流程存在的问题,最后针对问题提出了从招聘流程、培训流程、绩效考核、薪酬激励流程等人力资源管理主要业务的流程再造设计方案,以及从实施原则、注意事项、实施计划、实施关键点等各个方面来确保流程再造的顺利实施。论文虽是对A物流公司的人力资源管理流程再造的研究,也能够为行业内其他物流企业人力资源工作提供借鉴作用。 |

At the age of the growing number of foreign trade in china and the exacerbating market competition,a large number of logistics enterprises have entered China, causing severe impact on the domestic logistics industry.Under the background of internationalization , in order to stabilize their market position, it is not enough to rely on economic strength and technical level for logistics enterprises . Only by correctly understanding the importance of human resources and human resources management, establishing the concept of people-oriented, and formulating a long-term strategy for talent development, can logistics enterprises enhance their competitiveness. At present, the human resource management activities of A Logistics Company lack the guidance of advanced theory, and there are many problems in the human resource management process. It is urgent to reengineer the human resource management process to achieve systematic and scientific, so as to better match the development strategy of the company. This paper takes A Logistics Company as the research object, combined with the theory of business process reengineering and human resource management, and based on the problem diagnosis of the company's existing human resource management process.To improve the human resource management work,this paper puts forward a scheme of human resource management process reengineering of A Logistics Company . Firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of human resources and process reengineering; secondly, analyzes the current situation and the problems existing in business process of human resources management of A Logistics Company, and finally puts forward the main business processes of human resources management such as recruitment process, training process, performance evaluation, salary incentive process, etc Reengineering design scheme, and from the implementation principle, matters needing attention, implementation plan, implementation key points and other aspects to ensure the smooth implementation of process reengineering. Although this paper is a study of human resource management process reengineering of a logistics company, it can also provide reference for other logistics enterprises in the industry. |
