气囊隔振器(又名空气弹簧)是一种性能优良的隔振元件,将其运用于船舶上可以有效地控制舰艇动力机械的振动。由于动力机械载荷大,而舰艇上安装空间有限,需要设计体积小、压力高的大载荷气囊隔振器,并合理的设置隔振系统的参数。
作为实际使用最为广泛的回转型气囊隔振器,本文首先运用现有理论和气囊变形的几何关系推导了其垂向刚度和横向刚度的计算方法,以理论分析为基础,给出了气囊隔振器设计的一般步骤。结合合理应变假设,得到了帘线加强壳体结构壳壁的应力计算公式,并推导得到了相应的平衡角的计算公式。建立了主机隔振系统的动力学模型,讨论了各种隔振布置方式的特点,以斜置式为优化基础,得到了其固有频率特性;结合实际的主机静态稳定性要求,应用MATLAB软件的遗传算法工具,对隔振系统进行了多目标优化,得到了适合实际需要的隔振系统参数。

Air spring is a high-performance vibration isolation components, it could be used to control vessels dynamic mechanical vibration of ships effectively. The dynamic mechanical loads is very large, but the installation space on the ships is limited, so need for small size, high pressure air spring to meet the need, and set reasonable parameters of the vibration isolation system.
As the most widely used real transition to air spring, A stiffness calculation method based on thermodynamics and deflection geometry is presented in the paper. take the theoretical analysis as the foundation, has given the general design steps of air spring vibration isolator. the stress calculation formulas of the cord strengthen shell structure have been deduced, the equilibrium angle has been deduced too. Established the dynamics model of main engine vibration isolation system's, discussed fit and unfit quality of each kind of vibration isolation arrangement way, in this paper, we take the Inclined as the vibration isolator arrangement way, obtained its natural frequency characteristic; combine with the actual main engine’s stability request, applies the MATLAB software's genetic algorithm tool to do multi-objectives optimize of the vibration isolation system, obtained the vibration isolation system parameters which suited the actual need.
