近年来,在国家相关建筑节能标准的强制推行和对节能建筑的大力支持下,我国的建筑节能工作虽然取得了一定的成绩,但还存在一定的问题,如大量新建建筑虽按照强制标准新建,但实际节能效果并不理想。导致这一情况的直接原因就是经济问题,所以针对节能建筑进行全寿命周期综合经济分析研究是必不可少的。目前,国内外已经开展了大量相关研究工作,但还不是很完善,特别是在我国,基于全寿命周期的节能建筑综合经济分析还比较薄弱,尤其体现在理论结合实际进行定量计算方面,而且研究重心只是局限于围护结构的节能技术上,没有考虑节能建筑在可再生能源的开发利用综合作用下的经济性。
为此,本文从节能建筑全寿命周期费用原理出发,在综合考虑围护结构节能技术和可再生能源开发利用技术的情况下,构建了节能建筑综合经济分析模型,并以宁夏某科研楼为例,应用建立的模型,对其在各项节能技术综合作用下的经济效益进行量化计算,结果显示其在经济上是可行的。最后在经济分析的基础上提出相应的政策建议,以促进我国节能建筑工作的推广。其具体内容如下:
(1)为了确定研究的对象,保证节能建筑经济分析的先进性和实用性,本文首先对节能建筑各项节能措施的发展现状进行了详细研究,并且在研究过程中提出了“抓节流、广开源、重过程”的一套新的节能设计理念。
(2)在节能建筑全寿命周期费用分析的基础上,构建了节能建筑综合经济分析模型,并对模型的求解过程进行了详细的介绍。在节能建筑增量费用的计算中,考虑到节能设备、节能材料的使用寿命低于节能建筑的全寿命周期,增加了节能建筑增量更换费用的计算。在节能经济效益的计算中,提出了一套新的节能经济效益分析方法,即“需求”和“供应”相平衡的方法,首先应用能耗模拟软件DeST计算出节能建筑在设定围护结构下的能量需求,可再生能源利用可以保证的能量和辅助供能设备需要提供的能量等于其能量需求。
(3)根据建立的模型,对宁夏某科研楼项目进行全寿命周期综合经济性分析,将理论研究成果应用于实例中,实现了节能建筑经济效益的量化计算,并对量化计算过程中一些估算的关键参数进行了敏感性分析,研究了其在一定范围内变化时,经济分析结果的变化趋势。
(4)基于实例研究结果,分析当前节能建筑推广中存在的问题,指出节能建筑的推广必须充分发挥市场作用,并提出相关政策建议。
本研究工作对我国的节能建筑综合经济分析及节能建筑的推广具有积极的作用。所建立的分析模型可以为节能方案的选择提供依据,为相关政策的制定提供一定的参考。

ABSTRACT
In recent years,With the compulsory execution of relevant national building energy efficiency standards and the strong support of energy-efficient buildings.Building energy conservation in our country has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.Such as a large number of new buildings is constructed in accordance with the compulsory standard,but the actual energy-saving effect is not ideal.The direct reason that leads to this situation is economic problems.So the whole life cycle comprehensive economic analysis for energy-saving building is necessary.At present, a large number of related research work have been carried out at home and abroad.But it is not very perfect.Especially in our country. Comprehensive economic analysis of energy-saving building based on the whole life cycle is weak. That is particularly embedded in theory combined with the actual for quantitatively computing.And research emphasis is only limited to the enclosure structure energy-saving technology. The economy of energy-saving building under the comprehensive action of the utilization of renewable energy have not considered.
Hence, in this paper, we start from the whole life cycle cost theory of energy-saving building.Under the comprehensive consideration of the enclosure structure energy-saving technology and the development and utilization of renewable energy technology,The comprehensive economic analysis model of energy-saving building is constructed.And we take a certain KeYanLou in Ningxia for example, which economic benefits under the Compre-
hensive action of the energy-saving technology is quantitative calculated with the application of the model which is set up. The result shows that it is feasible in the economy. Finally,in order to promote the energy-saving building to promote in our country.We put forward the corresponding policy recommendations on the basis of economic analysis.The specific content is as follows:
In order to determine the research object,ensure the economic analysis of energy- saving building advancement and practicability.We first study detailed on the present energy-
saving measures of energy-saving building.And in the process of research we put forward a new energy-saving concept which is grasp the throttle,wide open the source and attaches to the process.
On the basis of the whole life cycle cost analysis of energy-saving building.The comprehensive economic analysis model of energy-saving building is constructed.And the solving process of the model is introduced in detail.In the calculation of incremental costs of energy-saving building.Considering the service life of energy-saving equipment,materials is below the whole life cycle of building.We increase the calculation of replacement incremental
cost of energy -saving building.In the calculation of energy-saving economic benefits.We put forward a set of new energy-saving economic benefit analysis method,which is demand and supply phase equilibrium method.First we applicate DeST energy consumption simulation software to calculate the energy demand of energy-saving building in the setting palisade structure.Then the energy which renewable energy utilization can guarantee and the auxiliary power equipment need to provide is equal to its energy needs.
According to the established model,we analyze the comprehensive economy of the whole life cycle of a certain KeYanLou project in Ningxia.Apply the theoretical research result to the instance.Implement the quantitative calculation of economic benefit of energy -saving building.Some estimated key parameters in the process of quantitative calculation is for the sensitivity analysis.Study when which changes within a certain scope, the changed tendency of the economic analysis results.
(4)Based on the case study results, the problems existing in the construction to promote energy-saving building are analyzed.We point out that the promotion of the energy-saving building must give full play to the role of the market.And put forward relevant policy Suggestions .
The research has a positive role on our country energy-saving building comprehensive economic analysis and the promotion of energy-saving building. The established analysis model can provide the basis for energy-saving scheme's choice and provide certain reference for the establishment of related policies.
